I was having a lot of stomach issues. After rounds of testing, Doctor suggested I started taking a probiotic and I chose these. I have been taking them for about six weeks and can see a remarkable difference. I am able to eat things that I haven’t been able to eat in years. It has helped to eliminate a lot IBS symptoms. They’re easy to swallow and don’t have a smell. If I take it in the morning, it doesn’t upset my stomach. (Not that it would.) I’ve been extremely happy with this product! Five stars!!
