Worked for me.
Definitely worked for me. I am already a relatively calm person but after a week of using these magnesium caps I felt much more relaxed and calm. My sleep was great also. One drawback was I felt sleepy earlier than previously and would occasionally fall asleep watch tv (this caused me to quit taking the tablets as my wife was not happy with the change). I loved the result but quit anyway.

These help me sleep and help mitigate migraines/jaw tension! I just wish I didn’t need to take three nightly. It’s important to me that these are lab certified, not all magnesium supplements are and then you don’t know for sure what you’re taking!

Has really helped me with recovery and sleep. I had a buddy who was having trouble with sleep and he was doing melatonin and thc gummies and stuff and still couldn’t sleep.
