This neck pillow is really nice. Soft and supporting, it really helped in my lengthy evening flight overseas. I’m glad I purchased this one. And rolling it into the accompanying black bag definitely aids condensing it to fit better into my carry-on luggage piece. I recommend this for comfort.

I bought this neck pillow about a month ago and finally used it last week. It relieved my neck from the pain of late-night train rides. Another good thing is, the carrying bag takes up almost no space.By the way, I love the scent of the incense tablets that came with the bag.

Comfy upright sleep
This neck pillow is very well suited to keeping your head upright when trying to sleep on a plane. Very comfy, but if you’re someone who gets uncomfy or fussy with having something snug around your neck, this may not be for you. My husband and daughter hated it. I love it. Finally can sleep sitting up without getting a crick in my neck. The only CON- the material that faces the neck is super prone to snagging by the Velcro strip. Within one use mine had several good snags that I’m certain will break loose sooner than later. Disappointed.
