Best choice.
I use this every night, and it does not quit working like some others. I felt it was too expensive, so I tried the straight melatonin to save money. Not worth it. Did not work nearly as well as the sleep 3. Went back to the sleep 3. Puts me to sleep every night.

Sweet Dreams
If you are having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, this might help. It has worked very well for me. I am so happy to find a non-prescription product that actually works and doesn’t break the bank. I would recommend giving this product a try. My only reason for the 4 star is that I am drowsy the next day, but it’s nothing caffeine wont help. I am retired, so it’s not a deal breaker for me. If I don’t get sleep, I’m drowsy the next day anyway🥱

Didn’t Work for Me
A friend highly recommended this sleep aid. Good concept but didn’t work for me. I’m sure it is a high quality product but it just didn’t work for me. To be fair, it did make me drowsy and I fell asleep okay but I woke up after a couple hours and stayed awake. Also to be fair, melatonin has never helped me with sleep. That’s just ME. This innovative product may work fine for you. If you’re having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, it’s worth a try. I cannot give it 5 stars but don’t want to rate it too poorly. Try it for yourself. Just know that it’s not returnable/refundable.

They work great for me
The best Melatonin I’ve ever taken. They helps me fall asleep right away and actually stay asleep through the night, which I rarely do these days. No sleep hangover the next day either. Wish the size was a little smaller but they aren’t difficult to swallow.
