The best melatonin ever. We tried others and they did not work. This one is as effective as a sleeping tablet.My husband used to have trouble sleeping at one point and we use different products which did not seem to work. The thing I like about this product is that it works throughout the entire night so we don’t have a problem of him falling asleep for a few hours and then waking up and being restless all night.I have used several of nature bounties products over the years and this melatonin has certainly not been a disappointment. We use other more expensive products and did not have the same effect. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product works.I have used it myself. The only side effect I found is sometimes if I’m extremely tense when I use it I may feel restless for about half an hour before I go into a deep sleep. I believe this is because the melatonin is trying to relax me but my body and mind are saying that they want to be tense. This is just slight discomfort which in the long run is worth it because I lined up having a good night sleep when I would probably have not been able to so do and would have been awake all night rather than asleep.The price of the product is excellent, I almost did not try it because I was thinking it may just be a cheap imitation but it turns out to be a good quality product at a good price.

Great sleep aid with zero worries
I want to start off by saying that I am not a big believer in essential oils or most “natural” medicines . I believe in rigorously tested medicines recommended by doctors that are scientifically proven to work through proper testing in labs. That being said, I do believe that these Melatonin capsules work relatively well.Melatonin is already a substance found in the brain which is produced when it’s time to sleep, helping you to “wind down” and fall asleep. Taking melatonin pills just increases the levels of that substance already in your brain so its totally “natural” for those who want to keep things organic. It’s non habit forming which is usually a risk with most other sleeping aids, and won’t leave you groggy in the mornings. I have always had difficulties getting and staying asleep, but some nights are worse than others. If I still feel a little wired when I’m getting ready for bed, I will pop one of these and wait for it to kick in. These aren’t going to work any miracles, but I personally do believe they make it easier to fall asleep and especially STAY asleep.The price of these is phenomenal, when I go to stores I see these on shelves for $15 or $20 per bottle, because the 10mg tends to be the most expensive. Here on Amazon though, it’s the exact same brand and you get a 2 pack for even cheaper than a 1 pack in any physical store you’ll go to. If you just have occasional trouble getting to sleep, I would recommend buying these. You don’t need a prescription, and you don’t have to fork over fistfuls of $$ just to get a bit of quality sleep.

The natures bounty melatonin works well for falling asleep and staying asleep. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have a taste. I did notice if I wasn’t laying down to go to bed in 20 minutes it did give me a headache
