great day pack for traveling
I recently took this with me on a trip and it was great to have along. When it is compressed into itself it took up very little room in my luggage and then i was able to open it up and get a good amount of carrying space from it. The material is very lightweight so easy to carry. I did not try to carry anything too large or too heavy in the bag so not sure how much abuse it can stand up to but if I really wanted that I would have used a more traditional backpack. I mostly used it to carry around a book, keys, wallet and a gopro and sometimes some snorkel gear but i did not try to put anything as bulky as a towel into it. This was great for on the go carrying some items to the beach or into town. The straps were comfortable for not being padded and there is no real padding anywhere on the bag but I wasn’t expecting there to be since this compresses down so small. I think this was really good for the cost and would definitely recommend it as a travel bag.

A very lightweight, water-resistant backpack
This backpack weighs in around 255 grams and folds itself into a small pouch. It seems better for more casual use. I wouldn’t rely on it with my life to keep my gear and clothing dry if I were bugging out or on a serious hike.The straps are securely attached but, like a lot of budget options, they don’t seem reinforced in any way. They just get sewn into the seams of the top panel of the bag.Might be something you throw in with your other bags while camping to have something rainproof in an emergency.

I really Naturehike products. I have a bunch of them and the quality is always great. They are well thought out and there is lots of attention put in the details.This lightweight bag includes features that I haven’t seen in other similar products. Like, I haven’t seen a pouch built into the shoulder strap that you can zip up and out of the way when you don’t need it. That’s too cool. There’s a loop on the other strap for securing a water bladder hose. So yes, the bag is compatible with hydration bladders with a large inner compartment for this function.There is a small pocket at the top of the bag that you can turn inside out and pack the entire bag into a tiny form factor.The straps are actually quite comfortable and have about 1/4″ of cushion. Again, unheard of in lightweight bags like this. But, there isn’t any padding against your back, so you’ll want a water bladder or a jacket there if you want to carry any hard objects in there.This bag is best to throw in a larger backpack for when you want to set up a baseball base camp and then do some lightweight hiking from that point. Or, you could stash it in your vehicle so it’s there if you want to do some heavy shopping or sight seeing.Currently listed at $25 with a 10% coupon available, I would say this is a good value. You can find them cheaper, but you won’t get the same quality or features, and you get what you pay for.Btw, my camera makes the color look blue, but it’s actually a blue-green like a deep ocean color.

great little light weight versatile bag
Very surprised at this little fold away back pack. It comes with an attached pocket that it folds into. The pocket becomes the top compartment for the backpack when it is in use. This design is very versatile for people going to take this on the planes and stall it under the seat. The top pocket will be a place of easy access to personal items.It has a lot 1 ready access pocket on the front, and 2 water bottle pockets – 1 on each side. The pockets are all a little bit stretchy so I would say it will hold a lot more than it looks. The backpack material feels very smooth and sturdy. It appears that it will stand up to a great deal of regular usage without wearing or tearing.The inside is just one cavernous compartment, which is a little lackluster. However, this is a foldable pack, so it would get the job done in a pinch, whether to hold hiking gears on the trail, personal items on the plane, or groceries at the market.The straps are a little thin, but does provide enough padding. It has an extra pocket on 1 of the straps to hold small items like glasses or sunscreen. There is a bit of dangling on the excess strap, but a little double sided tape or hair ties will solve that problem. It is also light weight. Which just by looking at the sturdy material you would think it weighs a little more.Overall, I really like this backpack and will be using it frequently when I go to hiking trails.

For a packable backpack, this item has a lot of features. I’m used to a basic, single compartment packable backpack. This item has a water bottle slot on each side, a front outside compartment (open with a hook closure), an inner upper pouch (this is what the backpack compresses into), an inner pouch along the back (for a water bladder), a small zip pouch on the right shoulder strap and a hook strap on the left. I can’t attest to longevity on this yet, but so far I am impressed with the features this has. This compresses into a small footprint and is ultra light. Great item!

I absolutely love this Naturehike 30L Lightweight Hiking Backpack! The size is just right, not too bulky, but still fits everything I need for a day hike or short trip.
