These vitamins are the best!! I’ve tried several other name brands and either got no results after long term use or I couldn’t take because they made me nauseous! These do NOT make me nauseated and I’ve only been taking them a couple weeks and I’m already seeing their effectiveness, such as hair is healthier and not falling out as much, nails are not as brittle, and just general overall feeling healthier. The coating makes them easy to swallow. Thank you, Nature Made for a great product using great ingredients, that doesn’t cost a fortune. Cost is actually the cheapest multivitamin I’ve bought and works better than all the others!! Definitely try this brand if you’re looking to start a multivitamin or if other brands haven’t worked for you n

This 50+ multivitamin is one of the best thing ever happened to me. As a woman in her 50s I am very happy I had started taking it because it had helped me tremendously offset what might have been a chaotic time of going through menopause.. it’s been five years and I never run out of getting this vitamin. It does help with my hair and my skin and I believe this is one of the things that help to regulate my mood in a more positive way. People usually say that I look so much younger than my age and this is one of the things that might have help.. there is no unpleasant taste or smell and you can swallow it is a small pill to take.
