Exactly what I needed
Works perfectly. I have other holders but the curvature of this one keeps the yarn coming out smoothly all the time. Heavy enough that it doesn’t tip over easily. Very pleased.

I bought this as a gift, my mom loves it and uses it almost daily!It did not come with any explanation of what it was, not a big deal if you ordered it for yourself but, I had to explain my mom’s gift to her over the phone which was weird, luckily she knew how to use it as soon as I said “ it’s for your yarn, mom”

It’s a pretty way to keep the yarn you are using from rolling all over the place. And it looks pretty on the table next to my chair when I’m not knitting. I looked at wooden bowls but this one has a pretty color and patina. The only thing is it doesn’t hold a really large ball of yarn — but I knew that before I bought it so I wasn’t disappointed. It’s really pretty and makes your knitting project in the making look like a piece of art.

Fragile and Cheap Materials
I was expecting a more sturdy and heavy piece, but the material feels very cheap. The item is very lightweight and feels very fragile. Had to return immediately because I was in fear of it breaking if I planned on using it. For the price, there are better options than this.

It works!
I love to crochet and have been looking for a yarn bowl for some time. This will fit a normal skein of yarn (if you use oblong skeins you will need to re-roll into a ball or you just pull the bowl around the table). It does stay in place if you use a round “ball” skein, I do wish it was a little heavier to help keep it in place. I think it could have been a cheaper price for what I got but it is not bad. The shipping took like 3 weeks (I was aware that it would) but sometimes companies ship quicker than what was listed not in this case it took the WHOLE 3 weeks. The edges are smooth and it does the job, a little pricey for what was delivered.

My hubby gifted this to me for Christmas. I love it. There was a “shaggy” spot on the curly Q that I easily sanded down. Much, much better than having a ball of yarn roll around the living room. I absolutely love it.
