Excellent for use with breaking down action figures. I do wish the on/off switch was in a different place on top to make it a seamless transition when placing down. I found I fumbled to find the off switch causing the item I’m heating up to cool down.

Good for small projects
First heat gun for my home use. I was recovering an ottoman and the material needed heating on the corners to be flexible to fold. This small one fit my needs, heating the thick faux leather and controlling the temperature of the area. It really saved my hands stretching material and removing creases. The sides don’t get too warm to hold. It is also nice to get those strings of glue gun threads. A great starter heat gun. Here is the finished ottoman with product supervisor.

Terrible! Does not heat up
I returned this item. I could run it for the full 10 min it says not to run longer than and hold it directly against my palm with no real heat or discomfort. Using a regular hair dryer would be more effective than this heat gun.

Could have Longer Cord
The cord is little to short for me, but I’ll buy an extension cord. Heats up quick and gets really hot. I use this for my 3d prints and paint drying.
