After my daughter graduated high school and no longer had her school-issued Chromebook, this laptop was the perfect replacement! With the sale price offered, I was skeptical. I was wrong. It is so light and compact. It travels well, yet is durable. The violet color is really nice too. We have had it for a little over 4 months. My daughter has been using it at college to work on assignments, log into her college apps & websites and stream tv apps without any issues. The screen is bright and clear, the battery lasts for her and there have been no hiccups with the memory capacity while she uses many different functions. I am jealous that her laptop is better than mine!

I bought this product to use since I returned to school . I love the design on the computer it’s light weight and even though the measurement seems small the screen is the entire length of the top of the laptop so it is larger than you think ! The keys are so smooth and I have had zero problems when it comes to writing my papers for school ! Now I gave it a four because even though it is beautiful I have had one issue.It does not work with a tool my school uses which is called Kaltura so if you need this for school this computer is not compatible with this app.

Microsoft’s Surface Laptop is sleek and powerful for me to use at home or on the go. It’s small design makes transport easy, but it’s powerful enough to handle my computing needs. The battery life is very helpful as I can be out all day and still be able to use it.

Battery life extremely poor and particularly based on the representations regarding battery life.
The laptop itself is fine but the battery life is a complete misrepresentation. It will go from 100% charge to 0 in 3 hours .

The Microsoft Surface Laptop 13 is perfect for what my uses are. Design and build quality is fantastic, it’s snappy and responsive. Keyboard is very comfortable. Screen provides good color and contrast but could use a bump in resolution and refresh rate.

Battery not as good as advertised. Smallest 13 inch laptop. Good enough for everyday office work. Not for entertainment.
