Worth the Money
This is my first high-end pan, and I can honestly say it blows every other pan I’ve owned out of the water. The performance is incredible, it heats evenly, handles high heat like a champ, and has become my go-to for searing and sautéing on my gas stove. Even when something gets really caked on, it cleans up surprisingly easily, which I didn’t expect from stainless steel. The handle and the overall weight is perfect for me. There’s a small learning curve at first (mainly with heat control), but once you get the hang of it, it’s pure cooking joy. No cons so far, just top-notch quality all around. I’m currently saving up to buy more of their pans.

Great product/great customer service
No company has perfect quality control and I received a skillet that slipped through the cracks. It was slightly warped, but they stood by their product and I had a replacement the next day. This is a wonderful skillet. It heats very evenly and it holds it incredibly well. Compared to other skillets, you can use much lower burner settings. If you preheat your pan and do the water test before use, you will have no problems with anything sticking. I simmered cracker barrel copy cat carrots for 3 hours and even with a hefty amount of brown sugar this skillet wiped clean with a paper towel. This is a well made skillet that feels like it has heirloom potential. It’s feels solid but not heavy. If you’re torn between the 10 or 12 inch, I recommend going with the 12. Overcrowding SS pans is the other way ppl end up with food sticking so the extra room is worth the price.

Painles is stainless!
This is professional top notch stainless, and it’s my second piece from made in. I also own.The Kadai ( Indian wok for laymen). The quality of this stainlessIs completely A1 .This twelve inch skillet is such a game changer. No, more extra skillets to wash or having to use up extra oil one pan, it’s like a nice big flat griddle in my kitchen.I love this thing !So I know i’m gonna attract some critics but..I’m making a full switch over from cast iron to stainless steel. And i’m not going to go into the wise. And hows of steel, but it performs .And it does it well, I get great sears on my meats. No hotspots, plenty of space. And have already made nonstick eggs. Between the Kadai and the 12 inch PAN I can pretty much do enough in a studio apartment kitchen and make stellar meals. And both are ovens safe up to 800 degrees. So we’ve got baking broiling, boiling stewing.Simmering, sauteing grilling as in restaurant flat type style.I would say i’m set. No, regrets made in as good quality stuff. If you can’t afford any of the others, this is another option. As for my cast iron, I have 3 pieces. I will relegate those to camping or something. I mean, cast iron has been good to me. But I’m over the seasoning reseasoning and cleanup. Stainless is painless ! Just follow the golden rulesNever cook over medium unless you’re boiling and always make sure the water beads up and rolls off, not bubbles up on your surface.Cheers!

Great little egg pan!
I wanted a really good skillet for eggs, and I was a little intimidated by the fact that stainless steel pans have a learning curve. However, once I figured out what to do when the pan was hot enough, there has been no issue to cook fried or scrambled eggs. I even made a beautiful omelette very impressed and will be ordering a bigger size. Mine was an 8 inch pan that I ordered specifically to cook eggs. It’s great quality, seems very durable, and seems easy enough to clean. I did make sure to watch videos prior to using it so I would know what to expect.

Excellent Performance—But heavily Scratched bottom After First Use
This pan is a powerhouse in the kitchen. The 5-ply stainless clad construction delivers fast, even heating, and it responds beautifully to temperature changes. I’ve used it for searing steaks, sautéing veggies, and even making pan sauces—it performs like true professional-grade cookware. The handle stays cool, the weight feels solid without being unwieldy, and it’s compatible with induction, which is a huge plus. Cleanup is straightforward if you follow stainless steel best practices, and the flared sides make flipping and pouring easy. The only downside—and the reason I’m docking one star—is that the bottom of the pan was heavily scratched after the very first use. I didn’t move it around on the burner or drag it across any surfaces, so I was surprised to see that kind of wear so quickly. It doesn’t affect performance, but for a premium pan, I expected better durability on the exterior.Still, it’s a fantastic piece of cookware overall, and I’d recommend it to anyone serious about cooking. Just be mindful of how you handle it on your stovetop.

Best quality for a decent price.
This is a very well made product, the cost is worth it. Cooking with it isn’t like any other, but once you get the hang of it its awesome. Clean up is quick and easy. If you are looking to have a forever replacement of a pan this is your last purchase. The weight is very solid, its heavy but not cast iron heavy. The handle stays very cool to the touch on the stove.

Great investment…..
Brilliant! Much easier to handle the my Lodge cast iron. Sears to perfection. Large enough to do one pan skillet dinners or make a single grilled cheese sandwich. I am happy I decided to buy this as an “investment” piece that nicely complements my inherited Revere ware pots.

Unbelievable Cooking Experience
Great 5 ply experience. These things hold heat unbelievably. If you know stainless and your temps for cooking, this is a great premium set of cookware. It’s on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I’m enjoying cooking on them daily.

Wish I knew years ago that Stainless Steel Pans could be this good!! I’ve always had stainless steel cookware. Only recently learned not all stainless steel pans are the same. After learning the benefits of ‘fully clad’ stainlesd steel pans, I went in search of finding a pan to replace my current, supposed non-stick PFOAS free pan, which food was sticking on and had scratches from silicone utensils. After watching countless YouTube demo’s, reviews on pans, I settled on this Made In brand. It was a huge price tag for me, but decided it was worth the investment to get toxic ‘non stick’ pans out of my life.I was excited when I saw the pan, bigger, heavier, and more beautiful than I expected.I love that it is crafted in USA , it was Important to get a real quality brand, not a cheap Chinese knockoff. This pan is above and beyond in quality compared to the regular chain store brands that are always ‘on sale’I followed seasoning instructions I saw online, gently heating the pan, doing the water bubble test, then oiling .My first item was a Paratha veg filled bread, the same type that got stuck in my ‘non stick’ pan.The bread slid around on the surface and cooked perfectly as in my video.I have high hopes for this pan. I am plant based diet, so it will be making lots of sauteed stirfrys , sauces , pasta, bread based foods, it will be my pan for everything , and by getting the 12 inch size, the pan will never be too small, so cost effective not buying multiple sizes. The main thing to know about this pan , treat it properly in prep before you toss any food in it, and it will do its job. I suggest watching some videos on fully clad stainless steel pans to learn how to use them. That way you’re not disappointed if you throw your steak in on super high heat and it sticks.I love this pan!!

Don’t listen to all those people who can’t cook who claim this pan burnt their food, that’s not the reason this is a bad product. This pan is over-priced, heats unevenly, I sent it back as it warped even when heating slowly as advised. I’m cooking on induction, maybe it’s not adapted but that’s not my problem. I’ve never had a stainless steel pan that stains with strange white marks. Incredible amount of buzz about Made In products, don’t believe any of it.

Excellent fry pan and well worth the price. It is worth remembering that this is not stainless steel and I have seen comments about people burning/sticking things to it. This won’t happen if you use oil and cook at medium to low temperatures – don’t treat it like a teflon coated pan. I especially like the fact that it is all steel and therefore can go in the oven. So it is ideal for getting a bit of colour on the meat by searing the outside and popping it in the oven to finish cooking. It is very easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. All in all an excellent and weighty product that should last you a lifetime if you take good care of it.5/5!
