Most Impressive results for the price with great technical support.
The Carverall K15 Pro is an excellent machine. It’s easy to set up and works seamlessly with the free LaserGRBL application. The 5W module is powerful enough for a wide range of materials and thicknesses, yet precise enough to cut highly detailed designs. An air‑assist pump proved very helpful in reducing singeing and charring.Carverall’s support was outstanding. Their team assisted me in calibrating the K15 to cut stencils from a very specific material and even ran test cuts on their end. I was extremely impressed with their response time and level of care.Thank you to Lara and the Carverall Amazon Support Team. I highly recommend the K15

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOVE IT saved me a lot on Christmas presents
I picked up the Carverall K15 Pro 5W Laser Engraver just in time for the holidays to customize some gifts I engraved a few Owala and Stanley bottles and they turned out beautifully. I’m genuinely surprised by how good the quality is for the price. The engravings came out crisp and clean with great detail exactly what I wanted for personalized Christmas presents. What I love:Setup was quick and painless took me under 10 minutes before I was engraving. A few screws and plug‑in the power and I was ready to go. That simplicity feels almost too easy. The size is perfect: compact enough to keep on a shelf, but still big enough to handle bottles and tumblers. I didn’t need a huge workshop to make nice loooking gifts. The engraving quality is truly impressive for a starter engraver. The etched designs on my bottles looked sharp and deep enough to feel legit, like something handmade by a pro.It works on a variety of materials I’ve tried coated metal bottles so far and it handled them effortlessly. I’m already thinking about engraving wood or acrylic next (maybe for coasters or keychains). What stood out compared to other machines I’ve seen/read about:Lots of the reviews on Amazon talk about how this engraver is “beginner‑friendly yet capable.” One recent user said, “It was super easy to set up and you can print directly from your phone. The engraving quality is very accurate.”Another wrote that even though they were new to engraving, they “still love this engraver” and appreciated the simple assembly and build quality.I totally agree with that.Alseven though I’m just doing small DIY gifts the machine feels solids enough for more ambitious projects down the line.Verdict:If you want to try your hand at engraving whether for gifts, decorations, or just experimentingthis machine is a great buy. I’m already planning a few more custom bottles and maybe some mugs or wooden tags. For the price and what you get, I highly recommend the K15 Pro. It’s way more “real tool” than “toy,” and I’m really happy with how my first projects turned out.

Outstanding!
I have used several of these laser engraving machines. This one is my favorite. Build quality is fantastic. Assembly was super simple. Set up was simple and straightforward. It is quiet. The size is very compact. It cuts through wood, plastic, leather, and cloth. And the results this machine produces are outstanding! The 5 watt laser tube is rated for 10,000 hours. The laser module can be replaced or swapped out easily. Manufacturer support is excellent. The included software is adequate and I believe this machine is fully compatible with the popular laser engraving software programs. This is a great product at a great price.

Simple Machine – Excellent for Beginners
I’m a complete beginner – as their customer service could attest to. I had an issue with the USB that was sent and Lara was quick to offer me solutions. Their manual is easy to follow for set-up. For the laser engraver – I love the machine and can’t wait to get the rotary roller that goes with it.As for the software – don’t compare the software to the laser engraver. They are two completely different things, and there are many softwares out there. The software is a whole other learning curve – but there are tons of youtube videos and easy to learn items on the internet that can assist you to get started. I’m a newbie and have alot of studying to do – but I still love this engraver. I’m excited to learn what I can from it – and someday likely will upgrade to another on. For the meantime though – I know their customer service team is there to assist me if I have any issues at all!

This is an entry level laser. It is a good choice to see if laser engraving is right for you.
I have had the Carverall K15 Pro 5W Laser Engraving Machine for about two weeks. Assembly was easy, taking only a few minutes and a handful of included hex screws. Leg extensions are included in the box. The free app works ok, but I recommend purchasing LightBurn and the free version of Adobe Express for your designs. The work area is slightly smaller than a sheet of notebook paper, measuring 300 mm x 200 mm (7.8″ x 11.8″). The maximum movement speed and effective cutting speed are not the same. This isn’t a fast machine, but it works as advertised. The instruction manual has suggested settings for a variety of materials. Several accessories are suggested to improve the functionality. The IR head is needed for marking metal, and a roller is required for cylindrical items. This engraver is a decent entry-level laser for the price. It is suitable for hobbyists who do not need the fastest machine on the market. The design could be improved if the power plug, USB cable, and other accessories weren’t at the very front of the machine.

Good Quality. Great for Beginners!
Great for beginners! It was fast to get dialed in. I have done cutting and engraving on wood and leather and am very pleased with the results. I have had no overheating or control issues. The frame is sturdier than most CNC gantry designs. The build quality is great and the laser holds calibration well. A solid tool for beginning hobbyists. Highly recommended

When I received this laser engraver, the box was sealed with two seals. It was obvious that one seal was broken and another one was put on top. So at first, I was concerned that I had possibly received a returned product. Upon opening the box, everything looked new and in its place although the laser was not sealed in its protective bag.In terms of the set up, it was fairly easy enough. There was however one pre-drilled screw hole in the frame that was crooked and so that part was a slight struggle to install as I didn’t want to be too rough and damage or strip the hole/screw.The instruction booklet is very bare bones and there’s a lot of confusing information about installing the software and drivers. I went to the Carverall website to download the software but that didn’t work very well. In the end, I just went to Google Play Store and downloaded CutLab to my Android tablet and that worked (I didn’t need to download any drivers). As for the CutLab software, it’s very basic but good enough for me as a novice. I haven’t invested in LightBurn. It’s a lot of trial and error with CutLab as there aren’t any instructions. When connecting my tablet to the Carverall dedicated Wifi, it connects easily, but I find that it often disconnects and needs reconnection but it does not cause the engraving to stop part way. In the beginning, when the connection was lost, sometimes I would make the mistake of navigating all the way back to the CutLab app’s main menu and that would cause it to lose my current piece of work which was frustrating.Long story short, it took some trial and error to figure things out (software, positioning, materials, power settings, etc) , but once I did, this machine is SO much fun. I was able to make a few custom rubber stamps for the kids. I was also able to custom engrave a tin box. This machine will allow you to make something simple into something that’s thoughtful and have a lot of satisfaction when it comes out right. What I would like to see is for Carverall to make other lasers available for sale on Amazon as this platform is compatible with their other lasers but currently I don’t see any.

**REVIEW – Brand: Carverall – Laser Engraver and Cutter, K15PRO Desktop Engraving Machine for Wood, Leather, Acrylic, and Coated Metal; 0.01mm Ultra Fine Precision, 10,000mW Class 1 Laser**As a beginner in the DIY world, I don’t have comparative experience to determine if this is a true 10W machine, but it seems sufficiently powerful and delivers on its advertised capabilities. The setup process took a little time, but it wasn’t complicated. The instructions were very helpful, containing all the necessary information and being easy to follow. The only issue I encountered during installation was that a small segment of the laser rail track was too long, preventing it from being fastened down completely level. This wasn’t a major problem, as I simply trimmed the track, and it fit snugly afterward.Included in the package were essential items like safety goggles, a small brush, and test pieces, which I appreciated.Currently, I’m using the free software recommended in the instruction booklet. As a beginner, I found it somewhat intimidating at first; it takes time to get oriented. However, starting with some of the pre-made templates makes the process much easier. While the free software isn’t the best available, it functions well with the machine, and I will definitely consider trying the paid version in the future.Overall, I find the whole process very exciting. It’s impressive to have access to this kind of technology at home for around $300, allowing you to do your own engravings. So far, I have only tried the burning feature, but I am looking forward to experimenting with the cutting option to see what I can create. I believe this equipment is quite accurate. In summary, I think this product is worth the money. It’s reasonably priced, and the ability to create your own projects is fantastic. I will update my review as I gain more experience, and if it falls short of my expectations, I’ll be sure to note that. Otherwise, I think this is a solid unit.

Easy to assemble, clear assembly instructions. Using the free CutlabX software the computer easily connected, and the machine and software configured themselves. In no time I had done my first basic engraving from a stock image. I find the small toggle on the side of the shield which is used for focusing to by stiff and it is tight to turn, unless you have a firm supporting hold with one hand on the laser head it flexes the machine, I did a little clean up so it turned much easier. I also found if you are doing two passes the vibration of the machine causes it to move slightly, so on the second pass it may not be perfectly aligned. I solved this by squaring the frame and putting cleats at the corners to prevent the movement. I have not completely solved a bug yet, not sure if it is unit or software. The computer has been changed so that eliminates that, software redownloaded and installed so not in that. If you want to do multiples of a project it seems I have to shut it down, shut down software, and start over each time, open software start unit load file then engrave. I have encountered several weird glitches, just have not found source. Over all it is a sound unit it does a good job, just some small glitches every now and then.
