Comfortable Crochet Hooks: Dots Crochet Hooks are the solution to keep you comfortably stitching throughout your entire project. With longer handles, to avoid rubbing in your palm, and a triangular thumb grip this is the perfect solution for both knife and pencil grip crocheters. The thickness and shape of the thumb grip was an important aspect of the hook, to reduce fatigue while stitching.
Easily glides through stitches: Dots Hooks fall right in the middle of being a sharp or dull tip hook. Easily slide under the loop you are working into without splitting a stitch with these semi rounded tapered heads. They have just a long enough throat that will catch your yarn and glide it through your stitches without having to change the way you crochet.
Durable: We all know the feeling as we grip our hooks trying to work faster and it breaks or the rubber sleeve comes off the hook. With Dots Hooks you won’t have that issue any more. With an aluminum tip molded into the plastic handle you don’t have to worry about the tip coming out of breaking like you might with other handle types.
Accurately sized: It can be one of the worst feelings to get started on a project and work on a guage swatch only to find out the hook you thought was a 4mm hook wasn’t calibrated correctly! Get precision sizing with each hook in this beautiful set.
Crochet Hooks in 9 sizes: Included in each Dots Hooks set you will find 9 sizes of hooks. Each hook is color coded and includes the millimeter measurement on the handle for easy reference. Set includes: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm (E-4), 4.0mm (G-6), 4.5mm (7), 5.0mm (H-8), 5.5mm (I-9), 6.0mm (J-10).

Who needs another hook set? You do!
As a longtime crocheter, I have a very impressive collection of hook sets of all kinds, materials, colors and price points. One of my favorite crochet influencers recommended these, and while they didn’t look particularly different from the eleventybillion other hooks I have, I decided to try them.So glad I did – and I ended up buying TWO sets in case my couch eats one of the hooks (if you know, you know…I’m always losing hooks!)I’m one of those crocheters who changes hooks depending on the yarn and project. Some hooks split the yarn, some hooks are too slippery (or grippy), or whatever. Recently I had a project where I was using fingering weight 100% merino wool and none of my hooks – even the fancy dancy ones – were behaving well. Either they were too pointy and split the yarn, or too rounded and I couldn’t grab the yarn, or whatever. I was really frustrated. I decided to try this set and it turned out perfect. They flew through my stitches like butter! I’m now reaching for them as one of my top 5 favorite hooks for any project. These hooks are light, the metal is smooth (no catching) and feel good in the hand. I crochet in the knife-holder style, so how the hook feels in the hand is really important to me. In spite of not having funky shaped handles, or soft handle material, these are surprisingly well made and just as comfortable as any of my other hooks. The hook size (metric – not US Letters) is embossed into the handle and will not rub off – I checked all of the hooks in various hook sizers, and they are accurate. The pastel polka dots are fun and the different colors help me figure out what size I’m reaching for. The metal part is long enough to be useful for intricate puff / popcorn stitches, and small Tunisian projects as well!I probably wouldn’t buy this set for a beginner or someone just trying out crochet because the price point is a smidge on the higher side. However, for someone who enjoys crochet and wants a quality hook set to add to their collection, this is well worth the investment.

Great overall crochet hooks!
Just got these hooks yesterday and so far they’re great! Like other reviews mentioned the metal has a fine “matte” texture to it which allows it to “grip” the yarn a bit. So far this hasn’t been a problem and has instead been quite helpful at least with my current project and yarn choice. The thumb rest is super generous, well placed, and most importantly COMFORTABLE. Not too firm like a hard plastic, but also not too soft/squishy like some sleeved hooks can be. The biggest plus for me is the POINT! These metal hooks actually have a pretty well defined tapered point! This is usually why I prefer my acrylic or wood hooks over metal but these do a great job. They’re not as pointy as some of the others mentioned but they’re pointed enough to really help separate tight stitches (I tend to crochet rather tightly) to get to the correct stitch without splitting the ply. So for me, these metal hooks are a 10/10.To note my current project they are excelling with is a small dishcloth using I Love This Cotton Yarn, Medium (4),100% cotton, plied yarn. I also worked a sample with a 100% tencel yarn and it also performed exceptionally, gripping the yarn without too much drag (Lion Brand Re-Play ribbon yarn, medium 4, 100% Tencel, ribbon construction). My greatest test was on a wool blend yarn and again it exceeded expectations, gripping the yarn so it didn’t slide around on the hook without pulling too much on the natural fibers and making a fluffy halo, while still being able to slip between stitches to crochet beautifully. (WeCrochet Galileo, sport weight yarn-2, 50% merino wool & 50% viscose from bamboo, plied yarn). Overall these are a great choice of hooks for beginners and advanced users who are looking for good quality metal hooks at a great price!

Love these hooks! Definitely great go to set!
Color is true to image! Definitely my go to set! Can crochet for hours with no pain! These hooks have a good grip and good for the pencil grip I use! The size of the hooks is good for my smaller hands! And I love how the grip is the same size for most of the hooks! Fairly smooth definitely comparable to a clover amour hook

Great for Long fingers!
Nice crochet hooks, glide well, they are a little long for me but I have short fingers . They are comfortable to use. I don’t particularly like the colors but that does not affect their quality, it is just a personal preference. I find that I use them fairly often depending on on the yarn I am using, they have a nice pointed head. They are not “in-line” but more of a blend of hook styles. They work well and are best suited for those with long fingers.

Great quality and price
If you like tapered crochet hooks you will love these. Not exactly clover quality but the slide on the hook is just as smooth. The handles are longer than clover which is exactly why I ordered these. They have a slight point that clover does not & it helps with tighter stitches for amigurumi. Would recommend as substitute for more expensive clover brand.

Best crochet hooks I’ve found. Love the long handles.
I recently got into making amigurumi. The crochet hooks I had were very basic and I had trouble using them due to hand pain. So I went on a search to find an ergonomic crochet hook I could use comfortably.I ordered single crochet hooks from many different brands. After trying them I began to think that, though my hands aren’t particularly large, I would benefit from a longer handle. I found a crochet hook review video on YouTube that recommended these WeCrochet Dots hooks for a people looking for a longer handle. So I took the plunge and ordered the set on sale during Black Friday.Tonight I I started a new amigurumi project and I am loving these hooks. They work the best for me out of the many brands I tried. No cramping in my hand. And the hook is sliding nicely in the yarn of my project. Another plus is that this set cost less than so many others.

My Favorite Hooks
These hooks are awesome! I have a set of these and packed them and put them in storage and the movers stored all my furniture in the front and everything else in the back and I couldn’t find them. The weight , size, and especially the yarn glide is impeccable,

Received these hooks and absolutely love them. They are longer than my other hooks so they still very comfortably in my hand. Such a great purchase. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the box was damaged on arrival but all my hooks were fine.
