These mats are very sturdy. They’re a nice thickness, the notches fit together perfectly and provide a seamless surface for blocking my knits. And they come with a ton of little T-pins! I’m definitely gonna buy another set!

Convenient bundle
The whole kit (pins, pads) came in a zippered pouch with a handle for easy storage.I’ve seen some folks complain about inconsistent grid, but I noticed that the panels are numbered and if you put them in a 3×3 grid, left to right, top to bottom, all the grid lines line up. If i stick the panels together out of order for a specific piece, the lines dont match. Personally, I dont mind that at all. The grid is a little over 1″The foam is thick and it interlocks well. I am often able to lean the blocked mass upright against a wall to get it out of the way and the unit remains stable. It does bow if you block a large piece really tightly, but I think that is normal.

I have now 3 sets of these great blocking pads. 3 sets give enough space to worke almost any piece of crochet. I have just re e toy blocked 4 afghan’s for gifts. Would definitely encourage this product for all crochet enthusiasts.

Great, thick mats with no chemical odor!!
I did tons of research before I purchased these mats. The are easy to put together and the gridlines are easy to see and line up. And NO chemical odor at all, which was a big problem with many of the other brands. They are numbered, but there were no instructions explaining why or how to arrange according to the numbers. But they were basically all the same so I really didn’t pay attention to the numbers. Very happy with this purchase!!
