The ream I received was high quality and proper cardstock thickness!
I needed cardstock paper to create inserts for one of my products and decided to give this Hammermill 110lb cardstock paper a try. Although I read some mixed reviews about the thickness and quality, I’ve been using Hammermill Copy Plus Paper for the past 5-6 years and have found the quality consistent and prints well on my Canon Color Laser printer. So I decided to give the Hammermill brand a try for my cardstock needs and because this product is one of the better priced options for cardstock that’s comparable with laser printers.The ream of 200 sheets of this cardstock paper is slightly thicker than a ream of 500 sheets of 20 lb paper so the thickness is definitely there. The paper doesn’t feel flimsy at all and is noticeably thicker than regular paper — approximately as thick 4 sheets of 20lb paper (didn’t use a gauge to measure but I stacked 4-sheets next to it on my desk and they’re pretty comparable in thickness. However, the 4-sheets of 20 lb paper flexes whereas this cardstock paper does not when holding it in the center between my thumb and finger.This paper is just what I was hoping for. Note, this might matter given the quality ream I received compared to what other reviews are stating. The sold by / seller for the one I ordered was “Staples” and not Amazon or some other 3rd party seller — so YMMV on what you receive.

Good quality, clean, white, thin cardstock.
Clean white cardstock about the same thickness as a USPS prestamped postcard. Surface is slightly glossy. I guess you could use it for drawing. Thick enough that ink will not bleed through. Would be good for arts and crafts or making pop up books. It can be folded with more difficulty than a standard sheet of paper and will definitely hold a crease line. I use it for sending things through the mail that I don’t want folded or bent. To get through the automated machines envelopes must bend to some degree so this provides some protection from being completely folded but still allows the envelopes to be sent through the sorting machines. If you need cardstock so thick it WILL NOT BEND such as for stamps or photos this thickness will NOT do it. Can easily be written on and cuts easily with scissors.

We use this product at my work for printing product cut sheets. Our local Staples has had inventory issues lately, so it’s nice to have Amazon as an option for ordering. The quality is as expected, and the price is right.

Very nice.
My printer doesn’t love it, it’s almost too thick and it tends to pull in late, putting the print off center and wasting expensive card stock even when I babysit it. But I despise my printer, so I’m blaming it for this problem. The paper is lovely. (If you have the same issue with a fussy printer I’d suggest something slightly thinner.)

Wonderful Cardstock for all your Creative Needs
Good quality cardstock in the right weight for postcards. The color is a nice bright white and the paper arrived with no folded corners and is a good value for the price. We use it for receipt cards. We are very happy with the way it ‘prints’ in our machine.

Card stock is not the same as COVER stock
I have absolutely loved the 80-lb. “copy cover” card stock from Hammemill I’ve been using for all kinds of purposes—crafting, making signs for school projects, etc. I was running low and wanted to order more, but it wasn’t in stock, so I bought the 110-lb. “card stock” instead, thinking it might be even thicker or heavier based on weight. The card stock feels thinner and lighter. Both look very white, even though the cover stock looks more yellow with the warm-hued light bulb shining behind it in my photo. But that’s because the cover stock is THICKER and less see-through. Holding each in my hand, the 110-lb. card stock feels lighter and thinner than the 80-lb. cover paper. I would call the card stock medium to light weight for crafting purposes.

Great Cardstock Paper for the Price
I mostly use white cardstock as practice drawing paper and this brand holds up well to processing (drawing in pencil, erasing and overlaying in pen). There are some tiny paper fibers that pop up when I erase too much or too hard. This paper is also good to make color swatches for my colored markers, pencils and pens before trying them on a drawing. The paper does bleed through when colored with large areas of marker, with layers of light colored marker and single layers of dark, bold marker. Just FYI, because this paper is mostly for printing. This paper is great for printing out important documents that you may want to save and takes black printer ink really well. The paper runs smoothly through the printer.

Awesome paper! It has a nice coating and is thick enough to use for journals. Much better than the 22 or 20 lb. Real quality!

El titulo y los detalles del producto dicen 100 lbs pero el producto es de 110 lbs. Además de que tuve que ordenarlo dos veces porque la primer orden tardó dos semanas y no llegó.

This is a good quality card stock suitable for card making. Both sides (front and back) are smooth NOT rough. It is my go to card stock when making cards. It goes through my hp back load printer with NO jamming and my cricut maker cuts it with no tearing. My cards stand up with no drooping or slinking over or apart. I will purchase this cards stock again.

This paper in the card making industry is what I would call closer to 80lb, used as a card front panel, not 110lb, which is used for card bases, however the quality of the paper is great

This is beautiful paper. Extremely smooth to the touch, pure white, heavy and crisp. I’ve been buying cardstock for many years to make greeting cards, and this arrived yesterday as a pleasant surprise. Yes, it’s only paper, but lovely paper it is. I’ve usually bought from Michael’s and, since Michael’s price has skyrocketed for packaged cardstock, I went looking for an alternative. Michael’s was the same price for 100 sheets, and this is 200. Plus, this is noticeably better quality. And it was delivered a day after ordering.I hope all the claims about being made in the US and being environmentally concerned, etc., are true, because I would like to continue to buy this brand in the future. It’s great when something turns out to be better than expected, and this paper is.P.S: I wish people would post their reviews on the actual product they bought. It’s no help to anyone to post a complaint about a product on a completely unrelated product, like some of the negative reviews on this paper. I’m sorry your green paper was the wrong green, sir or madam, but it makes more sense for you to post that complaint on the green paper listing!
