Soooooooo WARM!!!
Delightful surprise! This blanket actually keeps me warm. No electric blanket needed. Made of quality light weight material with attention to every detail. Snaps along 2 sides allow for using as a sleeping bag. Small, sturdy clips along the edges let you wrap the blanket around you, clip it together and walk in the moonlight with hands free to hold your wine (or what/who ever). So pretty! I chose the sunset one, with hues of purple, orange and pink. Several color options, all beautifully done. Comes tucked into a nice little duffle bag but folded nicely into my luggage. Taking this beauty on a December cruise. Let the ocean breeze blow. I will be warm and stylish. Great find!

Warm and Comfy
The Gonex camping blanket was a hit at our Grandsons soccer match. Even though it was windy cold and snowy my wife was nice and warm thanks to Gonex. The camping blanket kept the wind off her as well as keeping her toasty warm. She loved the snaps that were easy to use and keep the blanket secure on her. Gonex did I it again with another great product. Well designed with snaps all around and buckles to keep blanket secure all the corners have loops for other ways to secure. Great for hanging. I can’t wait to use at our next camping trip. My wife liked this blanket so much she used it on the couch while she read later in the day and was super warm and comfy. This is a great blanket to have for sporting events camping, in the car or anywhere you need to stay warm. Gonex definitely nailed with this blanket great design well constructed with a good look and packs away easily in its own carry sack.

Beautiful camping blanket to keep you warm and cozy outdoors
Too much of outdoor sports or camp gear is rather ugly. I’m glad to see that these days, more attractive ones are being sold than in the last 20 years, where function always preceded form. But just because something is functional doesn’t mean it can’t show personality, and I ordered this blanket for that reason.I’ve been toting around an old down blanket as my camp blanket/occasional sleeping bag pad in >32 degree weather, and while it’s worked out fine for me, I didn’t want to continue to risk getting it stained or ripped since it was not made as a camp blanket. I also prefer dedicated gear to specific functions, so I needed a blanket with its own bag so I didn’t have to keep carrying my blanket around in a trash bag.This blanket is gorgeous: the quality of the art design is wonderful, the stitching is colorful with its organic shape lending to the beauty of the design, and it’s the perfect size for two people who are 5’2″ to sleep on or under.Being made from a polyester material, it’s certainly warm while remaining more easily washable than my 100% duck down throw blanket. I can’t even test it out indoors pre-camp despite it being 40 degrees out because even with my heat set low, I start getting too warm using it on my couch! That’s more than I can say for my regular quilted and woven throw blankets at least, so I know it’s trapping in body heat well.It washed and dried (low heat) well, and rolls back easily into its carrying case so that it has a small and lightweight footprint, which I know can be important to backpackers. The practical buckle to keep it wrapped around you while freeing your hands also seems to be attached well, and I hope they continue to hold up through both use and washing. The snap buttons to keep it rolled equally are attached well, and I appreciate the detail of its color matching the design.I personally camp out next to my SUV and don’t have an issue with carrying larger, but its small footprint still makes it that much easier to load and unload the car.You can’t go wrong with any of the 4 designs, but I love the shades of pink and blue on the “sunset” color. Paired with your appropriately temperature-rated sleeping bag, this is a fairly low-priced piece of gear that will keep you comfortable and warm while you camp!

Terrific camping blanket, excellent value.
I love this camping blanket. My family and I recently got into camping, and I have gradually been adding to our supplies. This blanket is super versatile. You can use it as a poncho, a blanket, a beach, blanket, or even a sleeping bag. As a sleeping bag, it’s probably only appropriate for warm weather.As you can tell from my pictures, it looks just like it does online. It arrived nicely packaged. The carrying bag is a nice convenience. It is the fold over type. The entire package is very lightweight, which is important when you’re hauling gear to your campsite.I don’t think this blanket is waterproof. However, it does seem to be water resistant. I dripped some water on it and it seemed to bead off. Even if you don’t like to go camping, this makes a great outdoor blanket. If you enjoy sitting outside on a cool summer or fall evening, this will keep you warm.In terms of quality, you can tell that it’s made from good material and that the stitching and components are really well made. In terms of value, you will find blankets very similar to this one on Amazon that cost more than double this price. So I would have to say that this is a pretty good deal.

So whilst I haven’t taken the ‘Gonex’ blanket on a real camping trip yet (still refusing to admit winter is coming), but it’s already earned a permanent spot in my backyard gazebo for late-fall grilling sessions and evening fires.Late November in Canada is no joke, yet wrapped around my shoulders with a warm drink in hand, I’m honestly cozy and comfortable ~ no shivering, no dampness, just nice & warm… ( must be that thin graphene Aero-Warmth tech layer they talk about..)Unpacking and stuffing it back into its sack takes literally seconds ~ ( way faster than a puffy quilt that provides similar warmth..) It’s also super lightweight and packs up into a pretty small pouch that can be easily clipped to your packfor hikes or camping purposes.I love the colourful landscape pattern too; looks way more modern & stylish than the usual boring patterns.And if for some reason you lose your way on-trail ~ it’s highly visible in the bush.Size-wise it’s perfect for one average size person to wrap up in, if you have broad shoulders the wearable optionscould be a bit snug. The ability to snap 2 of these blankets together is a great feature for couples or larger framed people. Grab a second one, click them together, and you’ve instantly got a big double blanket or even a decent ground cover to keep you dry.For now, it’s letting me stretch my backyard season a few extra weeks, and when I finally close everything up for winter, it’ll probably live in the car ready for emergencies. Really happy with it – feels like smart gear that just makes sense.

This is an interesting blanket. It is a good size, and it is fairly light for the warmth it brings. I like the stuff sack and I can easily put the blanket in it and close it up. The buckles are an interesting touch, I have never had a blanket like this. The snaps keep the blanket on your person which frees up your hands.

We’ve started car camping, we learned that using a sleeping bag isn’t the best way to keep warm. We prefer blankets. And this blanket, well, it’s perfect! The size is ideal for the two of us and is plenty warm for summer, plus the shoulder seasons. When not in use it packs nicely into a little bag that comes with it, keeping it ready for the next use. We like the pattern on it, too. While at first we were a little worried about the pattern and that it would be a bit over the top, it actually doesn’t look too bad considering.

This blanket is the perfect size, it is big enough to be practical, yet small and light enough to fold or roll up to store away without taking up much room. It seems so thin, you wouldn’t think it would be very warm, but it amazingly warm. Since we are now into winter and no camping for us right now, we have been using it as a lap blanket to cuddle up with at night watching a movie. I am looking forward to using it on the deck or around the campfire during the summer.
