Best gummy‘s on the market for digestive issues, bloating, discomfort
These supplements are fantastic. It was my first time trying goli and I must say that I was a pleasantly surprised to see how well these supplements have worked. The taste is great. There is no foul or sour taste from the apple cider vinegar gummy as well as the probiotic. Also, I must say from day one I did also notice a significant difference in my digestive system. I noticed that my stool is much more dense than it used to be, which is a good thing because that means that the gummy‘s are removing the excess waste that was stuck in my digestive tract. Also, my bloating has gone down significantly as well as any discomfort that I had as well. Also, I noticed that my digestion has improved as well. The only caveat that I would mention, is that in the beginning I had a with piercing a very fast smelling gas. This is due to the fact that on the bottle it recommends to take one to two gummy‘s three times a day, which, for my digestive tract was a bit too much enhance why I had that smell and also because the gummy itself was also removing the excess waste so I highly recommend tweaking it to your preferred needs. And if possible to take it when you are home and not out and about. But other than that, I highly recommend this brand and gummy’s.

Perfect for bathroom issues!
i have pelvic floor disorder, this means going to the bathroom with some kind of medication or device is impossible. this product relaxed my muscles, and gave me the bacteria my body needed to break down food by itself. this product was so effective that it was the first time in a long time that i didn’t need to use an enema, AND IT DOESN’T TASTE LIKE CHALK!!!

Suppresses Appetite
I can honestly say the ashwagandha actually does calm me down…noticeably, and I think it’s the apple cider vinegar that suppresses appetite? That has been very successful.

Poor quality and no return option
Product tasted off like it had gone bad. No way to return or get a replacement. Don’t recommend.

Great trio. I take them nightly. I wish they sold them in a larger bottle since you have to take 2 a day.
