[Ready-to-Use Design] The elegoo CC hotend kit includes three print heads in different sizes: 0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.6mm. Each print head comes pre-installed with a heat sink, a bimetallic hardened steel brass nozzle, and a silicone protective sleeve. Also included are three nozzle cleaning tools,and three hotend protective silicone sleeves.
[Upgraded and Enhanced Performance] The core components utilize a ceramic heating mode, enabling rapid heating to the desired temperature, reducing waiting time. The specially configured, oxide-coated heat sink assembly has been tested to improve heat dissipation efficiency by 30%-50% under high-temperature conditions.
[Unique Bimetallic Nozzle Design] The elegoo CC nozzle features a unique bimetallic design. The upper section is made of brass for superior thermal conductivity, while the lower section, which contacts the heated bed, is made of hardened steel for enhanced wear resistance. It supports high-speed printing of 500 mm/s without leaking. Compatible with mainstream filaments such as PLA, PETG, and ABS.
[Installation and Usage Instructions] Components may loosen during shipping. It is recommended to check all threaded connections before installation.
