Great Cold Pack.
These flexible and reusable gel packs are great for targeting specific areas of the body. We are using them as a cold pack to treat sacroiliac joint and hip bursitis pain. For our use, when throughly frozen, the cold temperature is long lasting — 30 plus minutes. Having several on hand allows me to treat the area(s) for longer periods. I’ve only had them a short time but they seem to be quite durable and well made. I believe the covering would clean up well when necessary. The price was reasonable and after trying the first two, we purchased two more. I would recommend to friend or family.

Got these for sports events and for my kiddo who had wisdom teeth out. These are perfect sized for both. Stays cold. The quality of these are superior to others I have had. These are very effective and have helped with pain relief. Would buy again.

Good Product, But Not for Post-op Shoulder Surgery
I recently had rotator cuff and bicep repairs surgery. My doctor told me to use ice on my shoulder and recommended I purchase an ice pack as opposed to “just” filling a plastic bag and make my own ice bag. I decided on this product since according to the description it could be used on the shoulder. My 4 star review is due to its really not long enough for the shoulder. To cover the shoulder and have the bag stay in place, the bag needs to extend down in the front and back. This ice pack is not long and I constantly had to hold it in place. I do like how easy it is to use otherwise and it refreezes quickly. This ice pack definitely has its place, but, for me, just not for the shoulder.

Alright, let me tell ya, these hot/cold packs? Absolute game-changers. Five stars, no question. I bought ’em thinking, “Yeah, okay, reusable ice packs, whatever,” but man, was I wrong.First off, the versatility is awesome. Pulled a muscle doing something heroic like… reaching for the remote? Pop it in the microwave. Kid took a tumble off their bike? Throw it in the freezer. It’s like having a tiny, squishy superhero ready for whatever dumb thing I (or my family) manage to do next. They handle both hot and cold like a champ.And they stay cold (or hot) for a decent amount of time! Not like those sad bags of frozen peas that turn into lukewarm mush in five minutes. Plus, they don’t leak! Hallelujah! No more mysterious blue goo escaping onto the couch. They’re tough enough to handle being tossed around, frozen, nuked, and refrozen again and again.Honestly, whether you’re nursing a sports injury, a headache, or just the general aches of getting older (don’t tell me it’s just me), these packs are clutch. Flexible enough to actually wrap around stuff, easy to clean, and they just plain work. Seriously, ditch the leaky bags and frozen veggies – get these. You won’t regret it.

Got this product because wanted a heat/ice pack that would fit better for my wrist. The 3 section design makes it flexible and ideal to wrap around a body part. Great value for the quality, and I’m happy with the product. The box that it came in was very sturdy. Also was happy to be supporting a small business.Temperature (heat): I usually microwave on normal settings for the recommended 25 seconds, and it gets pretty hot so be careful when taking it out initially. The heat only lasts about 5-8 minutes before it becomes faint, but it’s definitely good enough for me because shouldn’t heating for a long period of time anyways.Temperature (cold): It does well in the freezer. Still remains flexible when frozen.Durability: The material quality feels much better than other cheaper ice packs I have used. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks, so not sure about how durable it will be in the long-run, but I do believe it I’ll last a long time.Appearance: intructional text is easy to read on the pack. Design looks cool and modern.

The gel packs are made well but not long lasting. I bought them to ice my leg and they don’t stay cold very long at all. They’re probably good for first aid but definitely do not stay cold for very long.

It’s good for the localized cooling (which is the purpose of it), but it desperately needs a strap. I bought this to put on my elbow and I need to wrap a long piece of fabric around it to stay in place and it barely does the job (since I can’t tighten it, otherwise it blocks circulation). If it had a strap it would be much more useful. If you are going to only place it on top of an injury and not need to strap it around, then it works fine. The pack is well made and of quality material and it’s compact to put in the freezer. I also make sure I use it with some fabric between the pad and my skin to prevent freeze burn. Despite all these points, I still think it’s a good purchase and it helps with minimizing the pain.

I use my cool pack in a variety of ways, they are permanently stored in the freezer (although they are for both heat and cool, if you are going to heat them be mindful as the tendency is to microwave them for too long which causes the gel inside to overheat and compromise the seal rendering the item useless)I have a sleeve which is used to secure the cool pack in place – a long sock is just as good tbh, I have trouble with arthritis in my neck so as long as it’s in some kind of protective environment it does feel too cold on your skin.It’s also great in very hot weather, just drape it round your neck, bliss! They freeze pretty quickly as they are thin, bonus.Good value for money, definitely recommend. As there are two, one is freezing whilst the other is soothing your aches and pains.
