Swing kettlebell swing!
I purchased these kettlebells specifically for kettlebell swings. I love how inexpensive they were and the handles are wide enough to hold with both hands which is very important.

Great set
A great starter set for anyone just starting or even an addition to an existing set. Isn’t too expensive either. My only issue is the grip on the handle is a little too smooth especially when you’re sweating, if the handle had more grip it would be great.

I love these kettlebells but they are pretty bulky and handle a bit awkward. They’re still worth the price. Quality product

Good for price
These are pretty good especially for the price. The only issue I had was that the 20 lb kettle was dented and the sticker was already peeling off upon arrival so there’s definitely some quality control issues.

These are good for a full modified work out. Good for dead lift and shoulders.

Hard to conceptualize by photo
These bells are VERY large considering their low weight. I’ve ordered a number of different items for my home gym and this was a total FAIL. They are comically large and awkward to hold with very little weight.

The weight kf these kettlebells are not accurate.Thr handle is a bit wide for normal female hands.

Pour un débutant c’est une affaire, 3 appareils pour le prix d’un.Évidemment ce n’est pas de la fonte, mais sans rire qui refuserait des appareils efficaces du fait que l’apparence n’est pas “conforme ” aux usages du métier dans la musculation..Pour moi c’est efficace et pas cher.Le moins lourd restera dans la chambre pour l’entraînement de base, et les deux plus gros seront dans le jardin pour compléter l’entraînement.Si on m’avait expliqué les bienfaits que l’on pouvait obtenir par une utilisation régulière de ces appareils, j’en aurais déjà plusieurs depuis des années.Il aura fallu que le kinésithérapeute me fasse travailler les rotateurs, et que je consulte sur internet, je crois et j’espère que je ne me passerai plus de ce type d’engins.On peut se muscler, s’assouplir, travailler de nombreux enchaînements.C’est top 😀
