Quality Sprayer
I ordered two of these to replace the front and backyard plastic ones. Was so tired of buying new plastic nozzles every other year so I went with this. These are very solid and I have no doubt they will last a long time. My ONLY compkaint is that they are really hard to hold for a long time. I have no issues when it comes to giving my flower bed a quick watering, but its a struggle to give my grass a good soaking, which takes about an hour. The nozzle becomes heavy after a while and I start cramping. Everything from my fingers and hand all the way up my arms and even into my shoulder. It’s hard to grip the nozzle after a while, especially if you have small hands like me (I’m 5′ with small, almost child sized hands). I have used the clip to pin the trigger in place and tried holding it with my fingers squeezed between the trigger and handle, but the sharp metal on the back of the trigger makes it hard to hold it this way for long. Overall, it’s just heavy and awkward and uncomfortable to hold after a while. Just something to consider if you’re a small adult or perhaps letting a child use this. Still, it’s a great product overall and deserves 5 stars.

This is a very well made sprayer gun. Should last for years! I paid $20 for it here on Amazon. That’s more than you pay for nozzles with plastic parts (dials and grips) but I can see why the Fanhoa has to cost more. Over the long term I believe it’s the better buy.When you get it, it is completely simple and easy to install on your hose – takes about 5 seconds. When using it, you dial the nose left or right to switch between a straight stream (very focused and can be very powerful if that’s what you want) and spray mode. You can select (dial) any width of the delivery between jet and spray. (It’s not like clicking through options like you do with plastic nozzles.) The handle feels good in your hand. The locking mechanism for a sustained operation is not going to break. On plastic models the locking mechanism can break, sometimes sooner rather than later.)Can recommend. In any case the seller is very responsive to concerns so I think you can buy and try with confidence.

Doesn’t stand up to use.
Spent a little more money hoping that this product would be worth it. It is not. Ordered my first nozzle and it leaked from a number of different areas of the nozzle upon my first use. Contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. The second one worked much better. This is the second watering season I have used this nozzle and it leaks everywhere. Around the settings ring, the trigger, and the hose connection. I spent a little more money hoping I was getting a better quality nozzle but this certainly isn’t it. The nozzle quality is simply not there as this product does not hold up with any use. This is a poor quality product that greatly disappoints.

So, I had this product for 9 months with standard seasonal use at a Southern California Beach house (multiple daily uses in summer, with far less in winter) before it turned into a fluid fireworks display. I’ve gone through every variety of nozzle imaginable in my 50 years of “hose/nozzle” experience and already know that all the “thumb lever” nozzles eventually get impossible to turn off/on likely based on either hard water mineral build up or just plain sand/dirt in the mechanism. I design products for a living so I’m speaking with a deeper knowledge base than the average gardener bear. Knowing this, I wanted a nozzle that my kids could use without issue – the normal style where your grip controls the water flow. I purchased this specific model because it was “heavy duty” and cost 2.5X the normal nozzle price – my expectation at that price is a lifetime of service quality part. This is my first purchase from this company so, after my initial nozzle exploded, I’m going to give their customer service a chance to make it right. I emailed a video of the water fireworks to the manufacturer and within a few days had my replacement for the defective part. 5 Stars on the customer service front! The nozzle itself has a heavy duty feel and, without knowing the exact make-up of the metal/plastics or engineering drawings of the internal mechanisms, I assume it is designed for many years of quality service. My replacement part is working great and I hope to report an update a year from now that the part is still providing quality service.
