What kind of surfaces do the permanent vinyl work with? Can I use permanent vinyl on my cup or mug?
The permanent vinyl could work with wood, glass, ceramic, plastic, metal and other smooth surfaces. For using on cups, it adheres well to ceramic and glass. The permanent vinyl holds up through daily washing.
What is the backing of the adhesive vinyl?
The backing of the adhesive vinyl is PET backing. It will be more easy to weed and smooth to cut. There are grids on the back of the PET. It allows you to cut the adhesive vinyl in any sizes easily.
What is the width of the sticker vinyl?
The width of the permanent vinyl is 12 inches. It fits for all cutting machines and 12 inches cut mats.
What kind of the transfer paper does the permanet vinyl work with?
We suggest using medium to low tack transfer paper. Please make sure rubbing the transfer paper firmly.
Are there any precautions I should be aware of?
A test cut is recommended before running your project. The vinyl is not HTV so it will not work on fabric. The adhesive vinyl does not stick well on PVC/melamine coated surfaces. After applying it to your cup, let it set for 24 hours before washing.

Good vinyl. Won’t be my go-to, but better than others I’ve tried.
This easy to use permanent vinyl is a good value for the price. I cut a piece to use as a test cut and cut 3 images. Two worked out, one did not. I’ve done other things in the same size, with the same font as the one that didn’t work so it’s likely due to the quality and adhesive of the vinyl. I used the standard tack mat I use for every other project I do.The down side to this roll is that even though I was really careful removing the tape that held it down, it still damaged the vinyl making the first 5-6″ of the roll not usable for anything more than test cuts. The tears in the first two pictures I uploaded show the damage from the tape. It also held onto the tape adhesive on the side that stays out.I haven’t had the sticker on anything long enough to speak to durability but I will see how it works and add that at a later time. I like to use my car windows to see how new vinyl stands up to weather as most of my decals are made to go on cars or water bottles.

Does not stick well to other vinyl, tears very easily, the recommended cut settings are bad advice. Wasted three feet getting the settings correct and making a mess trying to get the packaging off.

While it’s not meant for heat transfer or certain PVC-coated surfaces, it works great for most flat, non-porous projects.
