Small but gets the job done
Only on day 3 of use but works well, it’s pretty small so I feel like I need to focus a lot on staying on the belt while I run, there’s not much space for wider or longer strides. It’s great for walking, but if you wanted to use it for running, it’s just a bit tighter to work with. The stand itself is short too, where you put your phone is not good height with your head so you’re constantly looking down and bending your neck if you want to watch your phone while you run. (I’m 5’7)Runs super quiet but the noise of the buttons is decently loud.The instructions were not very detailed, in order for the belt to start running you have to download their app.I was also confused because I ordered a DeerRun treadmill and nowhere on the packaging or device does it say that. The brand I received is PitPat…? So that was kinda lame.But overall, works for what I needed. If you want something compact to get your exercise in, this is great.It is difficult to set up on your own, I’d recommend having someone help you.

Not really worth it
1. Setup was relatively simple, until I had to connect the treadmill to my phone over bluetooth so I could register and start the product. The connection was hard to get and inconsistent.2. The middle line through the screen is interrupted, not the worst thing but still annoying.3. The upright bar is not very steady no matter how much you tighten the knobs.4. The pad is relatively short, I am 5’4 with a short stride and there’s not much room left on the pad.5. The speed increases on its own, sometimes by .1 sometimes .5 or .6 and the machine tries to fight me when I attempt to lower the speed.On the plus side the safety stop works very well.

great treadmill
My wife and I are enjoying this treadmill especially the free app that comes with it. We often try to outrace each other and see who can run the most miles by the end of the week. The speed is great for a beginner and intermediate runner. Not recommended for anyone who wants to run like the flash and has a wide stride. This is a great treadmill for the money for those looking to get good cardio while not taking up so much room. Also folds away nicely to store

Great Customer Service & Product
When I initially got this treadmill for my apartment, it was squeaky to the point of distraction. I reached out to the company to see what I needed to adjust on my end and they were quick to send me a brand new treadmill at no additional cost to me and did not require me to send the current treadmill back. I now have two treadmills the squeaky one is at my mother’s now. The squeak was not overly loud but enough to distract me on longer runs. While it does not have as much bounce as a real full size treadmill, it does the job and fits well. In my apartment. Storage is easy set up requires nothing as it comes put together in a box while packaged and customer service is beyond incredible!

Overal a good buy.
Item arrived on time, easy to unbox and set up. Just the kind of walking pad I wanted, small quiet and easy to operate. Had to call customer service to get assistance on how to initially start the pad. However. the belt did not look like described in the add. Definitely no 5 layers and not extra padded, just a single layer of thin rubber. Disappointed because it is not cushioning or shock absorbing. Overall good for a daily walk.

Easy to set up.
I just got this yesterday. Fast shipping for it in a few days. It’s easy to set up. Just remove it from the box/packaging. The only thing you need to put together is the little phone/tablet holder that goes on the bar. It’s pretty quiet. Very sturdy. The bar is sturdier then I thought it would be. Very good quality. If you have balance issues the bar helps. Easy to move around. Just lift one end and the front end has wheels. Just plug in and turn on. Has emergency stop cord. Remote to turn on but also has functions on the bar to turn on/off change speed. So far no issues but I don’t know how long it will last. I’ll update the longer I have it.
