My 3rd printer and one my favorite
The first one I ordered at like 8pm arrived the next morning at 8 I was super happy but on power up the first time it only ran for 30 seconds and died. I opened it up and seen it blew the fuse on the main board. I replaced it and it popped immediately. I was sad but I went to amazon and did a return and they sent me a 2nd one and gave me 30 days to return the first one. same thing but it didn’t arrive until 7pm the 2nd time. So far, this one has run flawlessly nonstop since I got it seriously it goes 24 hours a day for two months solid now and it turns out the best prints out the 3 printers I own. The Z has always stayed level since the first time I set it up and removing parts are easy and clean it has become my go to printer for when I want a perfect part over my ender 5 and my Flash forge (POS). Definitely like the Creality printers my ender 5 isn’t really an ender 5 anymore with all the upgrades and the quality isn’t as good as this ender 3 S1. Great machine I plan on getting another one you won’t be disappointed it this machine and the seller has my respect for quickly replacing the bad unit I unfortunately got the first time no questions asked. PS the best Filament I run on this E3-S1 is and I used a lot of different kinds is all the amazon basic pla except the color black for some reason. 90% the time I’m running for strong parts like handles brackets and machine type parts is Priline carbon fiber pla and pc it makes beautiful parts it’s the best filament hands down in my opinion on all my machines really just be sure to use blue tape with the carbon fiber filament, so you don’t need to scrape on your build plate. Hope this helps someone out looking for a good printer at not a crazy price.

Upgrade from the Ender 3 pro in every way.
Assembly took about 15 minutes, instructions were clear and the hardware was all labeled. Comes with a CR-Touch that’s pretty nice to have, direct drive for flexible filaments, and this thing is ridiculously quiet. The fans are kind of high pitched and the loudest part of the printer, but not enough so to dock a star. This thing is silent compared to other variants of this style printer. It also comes with a runout sensor which is nice.So far the print quality is great. It was a little tricky to set up with octoprint, but nothing too seriousThe only con that I can think of is the flexible build plate that comes with it. I printed one single thing on it and it was basically trash after. I had spare glass sheets from my other printer, so I slapped one of them on it and it’s all good. I won’t dock a star for that either since I knew the pros and cons ahead of time and planned to switch to glass either way.Overall, if you’re looking to get into 3d printing or just upgrade an old ender, you won’t regret getting this one.

Simple setup, amazing prints
For the last year or so I’ve been working with some entry level hobbyist 3d printers. I’ve made some stuff, but been disappointed with the limitations of low end filament based printers. I wanted top do figures, and other intricate pieces for board games. I loved the idea of printing complete structures and figures for my N-Scale model railroad. I knew I was needing to upgrade to a resin based machine.I was super happy to find a basic turnkey solution, and for a decent price. So far the only work I’ve has to do for assembly was to install the print surface plate, and connect it to my WiFiI can print from my computer, or dump to a stuck, and print from that. The 6 inch LCD screen makes all of that a breeze. No more fumbling with weird directory structures, and hoping I named the file right so it is what prints. Everything is slicker, and honestly, more like a sci-fi movie than I could have hoped for. This is a super cool machine, and I enjoy working with it. It looks great in my office, and lets my imagination be un-tethered, and allows me complete creative control.

Warped Bed/Low Memory Chips
EDIT 7/28/23: I’m editing my review as I’ve gotten a second printer. It’s been about a week, so I figured I’d give an update. This one came in with a few QC issues; screws on the bed that hold the y-axis rail to the bottom of the printer weren’t screwed in all the way/one screw won’t sit flush. The wheels on the bed that sit on the y-axis rail were loose and allowed the bed to flop, the screws holding the extruder in place were loose. The screws holding in the heatblock were WAY loose. For what is a printer retailing at 400 dollars, this is seriously a problem. Granted, after fixing all of this, the printer is functioning MUCH better than my last one; i get decent first layers, and the bed leveling seems to work reliably, however, I still can’t help but feel that you aren’t getting the quality you’d expect for how much money you drop. If you can get it on sale like I did, for about 200-250, this is a okay purchase, just be warned that you’re gonna have a lot of handiwork to do when it comes in and if you’re a beginner, that’s gonna amount to probably a week or so of fiddling around, trying to figure out if your bad print is either a skill issue or a device issue.I will give props to Creality as they did reach out via Amazon (I never heard back from anyone from their main website contact page, so customer service could still use some work) and once they heard I was having issues with the bed, offered to replace it at cost. Unfortunately, by the time they had reached out, I had already packaged up my device and was getting ready to send it back and did not want to risk the refund period expiring.Overall, I’ve raised my score from 2 stars to 4.Original Review:I bought this Ender 3 S1 on the 3rd of July, and I have been having nothing but issues trying to get this damn thing level. I watched countless videos, tried to get assistance online (lol, good luck), and even contacted support from Creality (still haven’t heard back from them). It’s almost like the bed is concaved in the middle, and the ABL system it comes with does not do enough to compensate (I’m not even sure it works if we’re being honest). I’ve been unable to get a proper first layer during this entire two weeks. I even attempted to use a community firmware (mirscoc’s professional firmware) as a troubleshooting method as it allows for UBL and mesh editing, still ran into issues with my nozzle not touching the bed in the middle. At this point, i’m convinced the bed came warped far more than it normally would and is not capable of producing a proper first layer.

Prodotto di eccezionale performance. Unico neo: il software di slicing in dotazione è pieno di bachi. Usare con cautela in particolare le macro di generazione supporto.

The new generation 3D printer like the HALOT one has a lot to offer, high res 2k screen, precision Z movement makes this one of the best 3D printer.Packaging is excellent and the printer is perfectly protected, unlike my other filament 3D printer there no assembling needed to be done, everything is included and ready to print. I strongly suggest anyone trying out resin 3D to get gloves and open the window as much as possible. There are low odour resin but even so I find them give out chemical smell. The print area is actually small, similar size to my phone screen. The 5 inch display is clear in day or night, plenty of settings you can play around with, however, I just stick to the standard default and so far I did not have any problem do far.My printed models all show high degree of accuracy and quality, the Halot slicing software is very easy to us.
