Great addition to your home gym
I was looking for a step that has higher height than the average 6 inches. This one is perfect for higher stepping exercises. Very easy to set up, and very sturdy. Lightweight, and stays together tightly while using, and also stays in place. The size is perfect, so you can concentrate on your workout rather than where your feet are landing. Great function for several activities/uses.

Sturdy and easily adjusts to different heights.
These are perfect for a small workout room. I was worried they wouldn’t be wide enough to step both feet up on at the same time; I am used to the larger rectangle ones used at the gyms. The size works great and the steps are nice and sturdy. Easily adjusts to different heights also.

Great little product
This is excellent. Stacks easily and is very sturdy. Innumerable uses in your home gym. I am presently using it for step ups but it also elevates my fan when I’m on the treadmill.

They Work, but quality is only fair – Not sure they’re worth the money
The Circuit Fitness steps are a good short size, no assembly, fairly light weight, and the expected quality. They neither slide under your shoes, nor have they been slippery on top of Berber carpet. I haven’t used them on wood or laminate or any other smooth surfaces. The quality was as expected, but notable that within the first month of using them 2-3 times per week, the edges of the rubber began to peel up/back a bit. Hasn’t affected my use of the steps, but in the past, I’ve had better quality — I’ve never seen this defect before. Still, they do what I need them to do.

Good Option for Home Gym
These are a great addition to any home gym. They are sturdy, stable, and I haven’t had any issues with them sliding around on my gym mats. The surface provides good traction, so you feel secure while stepping but I could see the surface wearing down easily with use.

Foot pad peeling off from both sides–straight out of the box
Foot pad peeling off both sides of the top layer. This was straight out of the box. There was also a plastic bag shoved into the middle of the unit, making it appear to have been opened already and rejected/re-taped and re-sold. Returned, waiting for another one. I will revise this if the next one is in proper condition. **UPDATE: after reading more reviews, I realized that many others mentioned this same issue, but decided to try gluing down the saftey skid pad themselves. I ordered from a different company and not amazon.
