Precautions: Make sure not to lie down, sleep or sit on the ColPack. This ColPac is only designed for cold therapy, please do not attempt to heat it up or apply hot water to it.
Care: After use, wipe moisture from your ColPac and place it in the freezer. Store in the freezer when not in use.
