FINALLY a multivitamin that I can swallow! Centrum is known to make a high quality product with the vitamins and minerals women over 50 need. Unfortunately, the size of their regular CentrumSilver is ridiculously HUGE. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised to discover that they have finally made these in “mini” size. About 1/2 the size of the original and I take two a day to get the same health benefits!

I’ve been taking the bigger, regular size for quite a while. I usually cut the in half and take half in the morning and half at night but they’re still pretty big and occasionally get stuck. They were out of the regular so I tried these minis. Same potency and amounts and all that with the big pills, only smaller. I still cut them in half and take half in the morning and half at night but these are much easier to swallow. I will continue to buy this smaller size.

These are easy to swallow in the mini version, and include more vitamins than another brand’s gummies that II have been using for years. So now less sugar and more healthy. Will not go back to the gummies. Pretty good value with 280 pills per bottle, so will last for almost 5 months.

Put the pill in your mouth, look out window to distract yourself, then flood your mouth with water and keep swallowing!!!
