Great Thermometer Reader.
This thermometer works perfectly. If you’re needing an accurate and consistent temperature read this is what you want to get. We have gone through so many different types of thermometers and none read with consistently like this Braun. Super easy to use even for babies and adults. In a time of need and wanted to see if your loved one has a fever this device will not let you down. Highly recommend to have this in your medical supply cabinet.

A bit more expensive, but good quality product with consistent readings
Typical of Braun products, this thermometer is nice quality. All digital thermometers are going to have some degree of variability in the readings, but of the ones that I tried, this one has the least amount of variability. In fact, its readings are more consistent the expensive wall mounted thermometer in my hospital room. I’m not sure about the actual accuracy; I’ll have to take their word for it on that topic. But the consistency of readings is good.

Essential household medkit tool
Does what it says it does. Includes instructions set in type sizes that are readable even if you have a fever (still have to work at it). Probe cover instructions still blithering, but oh, well. Precise, accurate. Display is readable and color coded helpfully. Instructions are easy to follow, and though it (conservatively) predicts eight seconds for oral use, it’s faster, in my experience. Compared to a $10 drugstore cheapy, its worth the $7 price increase for quickness and easiness of use alone (that’s really important if you’re burning up and head is pounding).
