Great Choice, Great Utility
I bought two, one for my wife and one for myself. The first thing you notice is the plush, luxurious feel of the blanket. You want to hug it. There were no dangling threads to trim. The blanket was thin and I doubted that it would provide much protection. I was wrong. It feels surprisingly warm. I am cold natured and often use it in wintertime as a lap robe. I thought it would be a pain to get it back into the pouch it came in. Wrong again. Fold it anyway you can and stuff it in. I no longer travel for work, but I remember some red-eye coast-to-coast flights when I would have loved to have this blanket. A couple of caveats: It doesn’t protect against wind, and if you have a cat that likes to knead, the blanket will pill. Love the blanket and would buy it again.

Seems great for traveling and cover is soft. The blanket itself is ok, a bit too thin, sort of like a thin soft fleece and not fluffy at all. Seems like decent quality tho just too thin so I returned.

Traverse blanket!
This airplane blanket is the perfect size and provides the right amount of heat when traveling by plane or train. It worked on our train ride from Manassas, Virginia to Penn Station in NYC. It was soft, long enough to cover someone who over 6 foot tall, perfect amount of thickness and is good quality.
