Dangerously inaccurate.
I’ve never had a blood pressure issue in my 43 years of life so when I tested a little high I decided to buy a monitor so I could check it periodically to see if adjustments to my diet and exercise are having the desired affect. I purchased this unit and did my first test and was surprised to see such high result. After reading the instructions thoroughly, checking that everything was done correctly, I tested again. Then other members of the household tested to see if they got normal results(healthy teens & my wife) According to this unit, we ALL have high blood pressure issues. I went to Walmart and got a unit for half the prices that is verified by the american medical association and tested with that. The reading was more in line with what I had tested at the Doctor. This unit indicates that I am in a hypertensive crisis and should be calling 911 or having someone take me to the emergency room. Further tests by other devices confirm that my blood pressure is elevated, however I am not in crisis. Not only did this machine give me a good scare, it nearly cost me a hefty ER bill for no good reason.

So tight it hurts way too much.
This machine is too strong. The cuff is so tight it causes my pulse to go up and it raises my blood pressure. The cuff is the wrong size.

Not User Friendly
I was frustrated just trying to set the date and time. This monitor is not user friendly. Took one BP reading and returned it.

Mine did not take accurate measurements when compared to the doctor’s. It was off by 10 to 15 for the systolic points. Customer service has reached out to correct the situation and the doctor has explained the difference. I appreciate everyone’s effort in resolving my concerns.

No to be trusted!
I used this Automatic Digital Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor for several tests — about 8 readings in total — and the results were all over the place. One reading was too low, another seemed fine, and the next looked like an emergency situation. That kind of inconsistency makes it impossible to trust.I also received error codes three separate times, which didn’t inspire confidence. When it comes to tracking something as critical as blood pressure, accuracy and reliability are essential, and unfortunately, this monitor doesn’t deliver on either.It seems like some reviewers may have gotten better units, but mine clearly wasn’t one of them. It’s past the return window, so I’ll be looking for a more dependable replacement. I can’t recommend this product.

The blood pressure measurement value is inaccurate
I bought this blood pressure monitor to measure the blood pressure of my elderly family members every day, but I found it to be completely inaccurate. I sat still without any movement and measured the blood pressure three times in a row. The three values had a large deviation. Compared with the professional blood pressure monitors in the hospital, the error is 10-20 mmHg. The number is different even after three measurements. It has no reference value at all.The manual is also poorly translated, and the operation interface is not intuitive. The elderly can’t understand it at all. What’s even more outrageous is that the screen started to flicker after less than two weeks of use, and now it can’t be turned on at all.
