Compression helps with recovery.
I was having soreness in my left forearm near my elbow crease. I have used other similar compression braces on my knees, calves, and hands. The compression provides support and promotes healing of the soreness which I believe is from over use and stressful use of the elbow joint. Soft tissue soreness not a bone injury. I wore it for two weeks, during the day when working, exercising it provided support during those activities, soreness was less noticeable. Then I change when I wore it. I wore while sleeping for three nights only. The soreness was gone. On days I believe I might be using the arm more the typical I wear it when working. So, far soreness has not returned.

It certainly was a good compression on my arm and stayed in place but didn’t seem to help with the pain much. I did also ice at least 2 times a day.

Heavy made and works
Has even tension all the way down arm. Others I’ve tried had band at top to hold them on and cut into my arm. Length covers from about 3″ up from my elbow all the way down to my wrist and feels comfortable. Supports better than ones just made to protect elbow. Heavy fabric, not made like a thin stocking like some I’ve tried before.
