A Dr told me that I should try to stay at 5mg doses with melatonin to avoid reducing my natural ability to produce melatonin.These work well for me with no ill effects. The capsules are small and easier to swallow, though I prefer orally disintegrating tablets if there were a choice. These were a competitive price when I first starting taking them. I think I’m on my 3rd bottle now. I recommend.

They help me fall asleep fast and I pretty much to through about 5 or so hours of uninterrupted sleep. I usually wake anywhere between 3:30-5:30 in the morning. I go back to sleep but it’s more than I used to get.

Good melatonin
I was having problems staying asleep while taking prescription medication. My doctor told me to add on some melatonin. I was looking into the gummies but they were pretty expensive. These come in small capsules and are very easy to take. I add a couple to my nightly routine. It does seem to help.

Works but not throughout the night
They help me go to sleep and works until about 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning then it wears off. Tried 5 mg natures made gummy melatonin somebody gave me and slept throughout the whole night so I definitely will be going with the gummies next time.
