Surprised by the quality and effectiveness.
Does exactly what its supposed to do.It firm, its Foam and it rolls.Also works great to roll out your back muscles as wellto give yourself your own back massage in hard to reach places.Im a big dude and it held up to my abuse. Easily worth the money. Buy one and you’ll likely never need another.

Good quality roller
This is a nice back roller. It’s wider than your body so you can move around and get all the different angles. It’s not too hard where it hurts. You but firm enough where it rolls out muscles Nicely.

Great roller!
Nothing much to say here. It’s a standard foam roller! But it’s cheap and durable so I love it! Great for rolling both quads at the same time. I also lay it vertical and give my shoulder blades a good stretch

Don’t give up!!
Don’t give up on this roller!! It’s very awkward at first and uncomfortable. A masseuse recommended it to me for posture improvement/strength. After sitting at a computer for the majority of my career, my back began to lose strength and gain pain between my shoulder blades. This simple roller was very uncomfortable for me to use at first but I have tried it a few minutes each day and it is working. I have become comfortable which has allowed me to relax into the position, that really helps open the chest and stretch muscles that have weakened causing pain. I highly recommend it, wish I would have thought of it 🙂 and want to say don’t give up on it or throw it into the other pile of remedies you may have purchased like me. It’s simple construction is worth it because it works.

Move that arm and exercise as needed with a roller
Nice and heavy roller. Good size and perfect for exercises. I broke my humerus and this was quite helpful for exercising to work on flexibility

Some people said it’s too firm. And Yes it is firm. But it’s a foam roller I think it should be firm to not only add longevity, but to really do a good job.I had another one that was not as firm and after 2 years its pretty much useless since it can’t support any weight. This was a great improvement for a great price. I use this almost every day, and at 24″ it’s perfect for me
