Great portable lantern…
I have been looking for a easy to use rechargeable portable lantern to use when the power goes out. This lantern is perfect for my needs. It’s easy to use, easy to carry around, comes with a USB charging cable, and a hanging clip. I love the fact that I can select white bright light, white less bright light, and red light for night time use. There is an indicator that lets you know the battery state. Best of all, there are two lanterns in the box. These are well built and seem to be ready to take on rough handling. I love that these lanterns are rechargeable using a standard USB charger. Now I am ready for the next power outage. If you are looking for a quality made product, you really should check out this product. I am sure you will enjoy them as much as I do.

Competitive with name brand Goal Zero
Very bright, but the battery leaves a lot to be desired. We mostly use these for the charging with the light being an occasional need. But at a $13 price point compared to the goal zero at $80, which is a fraction of the cost, it’s not a bad deal. If they boosted the battery life, I’d buy that for $25 even. Also, the charging is wonky because you use USB-C, but it don’t have a USB-C output, with only classic USB-A. Obviously this means you need to bring 2 cords. That’s a design oversight.

Must have for Emergency kit
Great solar and rechargeable lanterns that are really bright and easy to use. They are one of the brightest lights in our emergency kit. They have a handle that makes them easy to hang in various ways. They look amazing, and are made with a combination of plastic, metal and lead lights. Added bonus was there is a bright flashlight in one end, but to use the lantern you just pull the device apart and it lights up the room. Small size, big impact. This is the first emergency light we reach for, kids like using it too. Comes with charging wire and also is solar.

Very bright and good battery life
The lantern is very bright. I took it while trick or treating. Surprising after a few hours of use the battery was still showing 100%

We took these on a recent camping trip and I was very happy with their performance. Each lantern delivers an impressive 1000 lumens, bright enough to light up a whole tent or campsite with ease (they’ve very bright at max brightness, watch your eyes!) The rechargeable battery lasts surprisingly long, and recharging is simple via USB, which is super convenient as long as you remember to charge them up before leaving. They’re also going to be really handy to have on hand in power outages at home given how much light they give off. I love that there are 4 different light modes, allowing me to adjust the brightness depending on the situation—from a gentle glow to full brightness. The design is compact and sturdy, perfect for outdoor use, and the bright green colour makes them easy to spot in the dark. Having two lanterns in one pack is a great deal. Overall, these lanterns are a reliable and essential addition to any camping gear or emergency kit. Highly recommend!

I recently tried the AlpsWolf Camping Lantern on a camping trip, and I have to say, it’s a total game-changer! With a bright 1000 lumens output, this lantern lights up a whole campsite with ease. It has 4 light modes, so you can switch between super bright, dim, flashing, and SOS – super handy depending on what you need, whether it’s setting up a tent or signaling in an emergency. The 4600mAh rechargeable battery lasted through several nights of use, and I loved that it doubles as a phone charger. When you’re out in the wild, that extra phone power can be a lifesaver. It’s also IPX4 waterproof and built tough, so it withstood some rain and a few bumps without any issues. The sturdy design gives you confidence that it’s built to last on any hike, fishing trip, or camping adventure. If you’re looking for a reliable, bright, and versatile lantern that can also keep your phone charged, this is the one to get!

The AlpsWolf Camping Lantern is a handy light for campers and people who like to be prepared for emergencies. It’s small but packs a punch when it comes to lighting up your space.Build and Design:This lantern is well-made and feels solid, not cheap or flimsy. It’s tough enough to handle outdoor adventures but isn’t too heavy to carry around. What’s really cool is how it manages to be small yet still very bright.Lighting:The lantern can get super bright – up to 800 lumens, which is impressive for its size. You can choose from four different light settings, so you can use it for reading in your tent or lighting up your whole campsite. This makes it great for all sorts of outdoor activities.Battery Life:The lantern has a rechargeable battery that lasts a long time. It takes about 3 hours to charge fully, and then it can run for up to 12 hours, depending on how bright you set it. This is really useful for long camping trips or when the power goes out at home.Extra Features:One of the best things about this lantern is that it can also charge your phone or other devices. This is super helpful when you’re out in the wild and can’t find a power outlet. It’s also splash-proof, so a bit of rain won’t hurt it.Easy to Carry:The lantern only weighs about 0.8 pounds, making it easy to pack and carry on your trips.Overall, the AlpsWolf Camping Lantern is a reliable, bright, and versatile light that’s perfect for outdoor adventures or keeping at home for emergencies.

AlpsWolf Camping Lantern Rechargeable. These lanterns will brighten up your camping experience, both literally and figuratively.Provide ample bright light for an extended period of time. The ambient light is what they are good at. It’s not a flashlight, so this is not a good replacement for it. It lacks the ability to provide a good beam of directional light. The unit has multiple purposes, it is a rechargeable light with a battery indicator, it also can charge your electronics (cell, etc.), but it doesn’t really have a large capacity to share the charge, so it will likely be more like an emergency charge, to get some juice to your phone to have an emergency call. It’s water repellant: An IPX4 rating means a device is protected against splashing water. Specifically, it can withstand water being splashed against it in any direction. This level of protection is suitable for workouts or light rain, but not for submersion in water. Versatile carrying/hanging options, with a folding wire handle, and a small carabiner to clip it onto something. Each unit comes with a short USB/USB-C cable, and a a small carabiner clep. Integrated threaded nest at the bottom, likely to use with a tripod. It’s fairly light, but it’s a bit bulky to get it in your back pack, it’s not stackable.4 modes of operation: bright/less bright/red/red strobe. Overall, it is a great addition to your camping needs.

This is a nicely built camping lantern. The construction quality is pretty good, with a decent quality plastic, and everything feeling well put together. It has IPX4 rating, so ok for a bit of light splashing/rain. The LEDs are very bright, which is excellent. It has two brightness levels for the white LEDs so that is helpful too. I like the fact it has a battery indicator so you can tell when it needs recharging, although I wish you could check it without having to turn the light on itself. It’s handy that it can be used as a a battery pack as well, but given it’s relatively small battery capacity, don’t expect more than occasional or emergency use out of it. The capacity also affects how long the light will last, so also don’t expect to use this all night long. I do wish it could charge a bit faster (roughly same charge time as discharge time), but I do appreciate it uses USB-C for charging, AND has a USB-A port for charging other devices.
