Front back black film on battery. Can’t figure out smh
I can’t get it to turn on or figure out what supposed to be pulled off the terminal. There’s two films that look like they can be pulled off doesn’t pull off easy enough to know if it’s the right thing to pull off. Black film bottom right and black film top. What do you take off????

Received the item and plugged in to charge. It didn’t work, after charging for two hours it wouldn’t turn on.Called Amazon Customer Service and they issued a full refund; purchased the item again, hopefully I’ll get one in good working order.I will update this review when the new item arrives.
