I love my new heat press machine! I am just starting out and this is my first experience using a heat press. Once I got my setup established, I read through the instructions and started to use with no issues. I will say being it’s brand new, yes it makes some noises that making you think your grinding metal or going to break it, I figured out quickly it was just the paint coating from swiveling the top (as it has never been turned before). I love how I can turn it completely away from my project and not risk burning myself. It wasn’t until my 3rd project that I realized the bottom actually pulls out as well, so I was super excited when I realized it. Great product for the price and easy to use!I do however wish the power box was a little more solid. Sometimes when I am trying to plug in the power cord, I find it flexes under pressure.
