The app is slow and crashed.
I would give this zero stars if I could. The printer seems to work ok, but the app that is required to print from is a total joke. Had a ver disappointed son Christmas morning as his gift was unusable due to the app being down. I would seek other printer options if I were to buy again. This one is not the answer. Once the app began working Christmas evening, the printer worked fine, It was easy to set up and printed by just pressing start, however the frustration and disappointment that the app caused made this a bad purchase.

Don’t buy this thing!
Let me start off by saying I have 10 years experience with 3D printing, so I have a pretty good idea what I’m doing. I would give this -5 if I could. The printer itself works ok BUT the app…… It won’t open when connected to my WiFi because my Internet provider flags the printers cloud service as a virus. When I was able to get the app to open it is total trash. Search does not work, files won’t open or we would loose connection with the printer. We only got 2 parts off this printer before I decided to send it back. I ordered a Bambu A1 mini for less money, bigger build volume, and 1000x better everything. Do not buy this.

Good printer – disappointed on Christmas though
Printer is good and easy to use. However, we got it for our son for Christmas. Got it working and printed one thing. Then their app servers crashed and it was confirmed by the Facebook community for this specific printer that a lot of people were having issues and the same thing happened last Christmas. Very disappointing that they don’t have the ability to handle large server loads at once especially on Christmas Day.

Love it!
This is such a neat toy. The app has so many toys, ready to make. So far, we made a dragon (8 hrs) a key holder (3 hrs) and a 4 in a row game (8 hrs). I haven’t had any issues with the app crashing. I use my iPhone and high speed internet in a rural area. The only con so far is the ai thing that you tell what you want isn’t working or I’m too impatient to wait long enough (waited a hour) for it to work. I love this and I’m a beginner. It’s very easy to use.

NOT recommended
This was a disaster. We could not get it to work properly a single time. The app is super buggy and crashed repeatedly. When the app was working, the printer consistently would abruptly stop mid-project and the project would show as “printed.” We tried all of the trouble-shooting steps, worked with the chat bot, and call the help line (no answer). We started and restarted multiple times. This resulted in hours of my time wasted, and one very disappointed 10 year-old. Do not buy.
