Usb worst
This is one of the worst items I have ever come across on Amazon. It was supposed to be an easy setup, but when I connected it to Wi-Fi, it said there was no internet. I called both numbers that Amazon provided for technical support, and they told me they couldn’t help because they don’t sell items from Amazon. Now, I’m stuck between two major companies, and neither can assist me with this item that I bought from Amazon. This is very frustrating.

Easy to use mobile hotspot. It takes less than minute to connect if the signal is strong. Initially, the device could not connect to the network even though the T-Mobile signal was strong. I reached out to customer care and they quickly fixed issue. Then on, hotspot is working fine. I highly recommend the device and customer service.

Terrible internet I had to send it back because it didn’t work for me like I wanted it too. Bit customer service did give me my money back for an extra purchase that wasn’t supposed to go through however you can’t call you have to communicate through email.

This works excellent when traveling in the car. You can plug it directly into a car usb. I was able to do work and my 2 kids streamed on their devices on a 6 hour car ride. The data is easy to buy and monitor.
