Good product, amazing customer service.
The product is good. My customer service experience has been outstanding.I attached this diffuser to my main air handler in my house. It worked alright, but I needed to route the lines a little better. I did that, but they wouldn’t stay out. So, I needed to get more of the clear rubber tubing.I bought this item and needed replacement pieces 5 months later and they sent them with no issues and with no charge. If I ever need to get another diffuser, I’ll go with this company. Hands down, easy and no hassle customer service.This diffuser uses an app for control. The app is good; it gets the job done. You can adjust rest times, time for expelling the oil and what days it works on. You can also select different schedules. The basics of customization are covered.The clear tubing has a slightly larger OD diameter than what is commercially available. We’re talking .001 of an inch. It makes a difference because the oil will leak from between the tubing and the fitting on the diffuser if it isn’t the right size.I have about an 1800 square foot house and this diffuser fills the house. It’s not overpowering or even close. It’s a good fit.If you don’t get this diffuser from them, by a different one, but go with this company. Their customer service makes everything much easier to deal with.

Solid performance for the price, and amazing customer service
10/28/25 update:I’ve had the diffuser for about four months now, and it still works great. The scent level is consistent, and I like how it passively fills my entire home when I turn it on with the HVAC fan.After my original review, the company reached out to understand my feedback, which showed how much they care about their customers. Their customer service was excellent, they listened, offered helpful information, and even sent sample scents as a thank you.I originally mentioned some noise and Wi-Fi connection issues. It does connect to Wi-Fi, but the company recommends using Bluetooth for now while they improve the app. As for the noise, it’s not really a product issue. I moved it to my HVAC closet and can’t hear it anymore.Overall, this is a solid product backed by outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend it.Original:I’ve been using this diffuser for about a month, and for the cost, it does an impressive job. I started with a smaller unit in my living room but wanted something powerful enough to cover my entire first floor (about 1,100 sq. ft.). This diffuser definitely delivers on that front, it fills the whole space with scent.That said, it’s not quiet. The sound carries across the house, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a bedroom if you’re a light sleeper. I ended up connecting mine to my HVAC system, which not only solved the noise issue but also helps distribute the scent evenly throughout the house. Installation into the HVAC was fairly seamless, though you do need to make sure your system’s fan is running; otherwise, the diffuser just pumps fragrance into the ducts until the air kicks on.Where this product falls short is the app. A couple of things stood out:It only runs on Bluetooth, not WiFi, which means you can’t control it when you’re away from home.The scheduling feature works, but it’s not very intuitive. Setting up different times for different days is unnecessarily complicated.I wish there were a simple “quick set” option to run the diffuser for a set number of hours at a chosen level (e.g., 4 hours on level 8). My previous diffuser had this feature, and it was a lot more user-friendly.Overall, this is a solid diffuser for the price. It’s powerful enough to fill large spaces, works well with an HVAC system, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. But between the noise level and the frustrating app experience, it loses a couple of stars

Makes home smell great, the app works great and easy to use, will buy one for our cabin as well. Bella was fast and responsive with the questions I had and went above and beyond sending us an extra bottle to have to swap out scents. Top notch all the way around . Highly recommend!

Nice Machine. Scent Options & Sizes Lacking
Works well in the main rooms on the 1st floor, but I don’t think it will fill my whole (1900 sq ft) 2 story house w/out connecting to HVAC. I had it going pretty strong for a day and it’s been another day now on moderate, but hasn’t drifted upstairs yet.Downsides:(maybe just my own confusion), but if you can only connect to central air, what happens for those of us that live in places where AC isn’t used year round? I’d only get use out of it for 4-5 mths. a year.Also, I wish Aromadd offered more than 3 scents AND smaller bottles. Buying $50 scents online w/out smelling first is hard. I bought a “hotel” sampler from another brand w/ glowing reviews… didn’t like any of them. Broke down & got the smallest option of Santal for $50. It smells great, so that’s a plus. Hopefully it lasts a while (not holding my breath, it filled up 10% of the tank). There’s only 2 other scents on their page: The Hotel and White Tea & another: 24 Celestial, found in Amazon search results only. Some reviews mention Ritz Carlton being the best; I haven’t seen it anywhere. Maybe they rotate seasonally.It’d be nice to have a wider selection, offered in sample sizes. Even a scratch and sniff would be great!
