Love this blocking board
This is a really nice blocking board. It’s heavy, sturdy, and does what it needs to do. It folds and stores well.. what’s not to love? The only real “complaint” I have is on the storage bag itself. Although functional, the bag seems to be of poor quality material. It’s sewn together well, but not great material. There is also a small chip in the wood, but I can live with it. Good value for money.

Really Nice Board
Initial thoughts:Unfortunately, I just noticed a crack in my board. I need to return it.It’s beautiful. It’s weighty.It does have some issues with the holes for the pegs. The holes are not cleaned out from them being drilled. They appear to be evenly spaced, and depending upon your project, you would be able to block several layers at one time and several sizes at one time.The pegs do need to be cleaned before usage or there will be residue left on your hands and your project.I will give an updated review once I use the blocking board. It is beautiful.

Beautiful blocking board, don’t buy the “Used, Like new” option
Update: The company contacted me and sent me a new board set that was complete with the blocking pins. A+ customer service and a truly beautiful well made product. I definitely recommend!This blocking board is beautiful, folds down nicely and comes with a carrying case that zips up! I love it, but mine unfortunately did not come with any pegs so I cannot block my crochet squares.

Absolute Perfection!
I love this blocking board. It works perfect for my projects. There’s plenty of room with hownbig it is. It’s beautiful and I love the convenience of the carrying case. I don’t actually travel with it but, it’s convenient for keeping everything packed away and together.

Great set. The pin are a bit oily but no problem just make sure you wipe them down before you go to block your item. All the pin fit nicely and the holes were drilled mostly evenly. I like that it came with a bag for the pins super helpful for storing.

More than just a blocking board! Game-changer if you do tapestry crochet!
This is more than just a blocking board– if you do row-by-row tapestry crochet, you can turn it into a quasi-loom/easel to detangle your work in 3D!If you’ve ever tried tapestry crochet, you know how much of a mess it can be when you’re tucking 7 different colors behind each stitch. You end up with your active yarn spiraled around each one of your other yarns. With each stitch, another spiral. I’m working on a 90×90 stitch tapestry crochet piece, and I’m about to start a row with 8 colors. This blocking board is the biggest gamechanger since I started crocheting, and I am NOT exaggerating.I used these rotating keychain rings (https://a.co/d/5uXHGRZ) to turn each flat DIY yarn bobbin into a rotating spool. I hung each of the spools on a metal bar from this blocking board. I can easily add and remove yarns as needed. When I need to detangle, I remove the active yarn’s bobbin and wind it backwards around the suspended web of hanging yarn strands. I hang the yarn back up, and switching colors is a snap.Sturdy, durable, beautiful, feels SO good to use. I love how standardized the 1/2″-apart holes feel. If you do any kind of colorwork, do yourself a favor and pick up this absolute legend. You’ll never be lost in tangles again.

I love this!! I never knew how much I needed a blocking board. When this came in, I was super surprised by how quickly it came. Then when I opened the box I was very impressed with how well it was wrapped and how high quality and beautiful the board is. 10/10 would recommend lol

Good size, easy to use, stretched perfectly.
I was desperate to stretch a square and it worked perfectly. It was bigger than a granny square because it was an attempt to start a blanket (and I’m sure I’ll get back to it). I will probably need to use it again and I relearn to crochet so it is a good investment for me.
