Pretty, Erasable, and Comfortable!
Summary:Easy to grip, I love the colors of these, and am using them regularly! They are erasable, though that takes a lot of pressure.Pros:* It has bright/strong colors that are really visible.* The grip is very comfortable.* The pens are fully erasable.* Writing with them is very smooth; there’s no scratching noise or feeling.* They retract quickly to pull the tip in/out.* Drys super quick, and I haven’t noticed any smudging.Neutral:* Many erasable pens fade over time. This is a standard problem with them. I do not know if these will, but I will update the review in a few months.Cons:* The button to retract them is on the side, so I found that the button can be bumped if you’re like me and fiddle with the pen when you’re in between sentences. HOWEVER, I adapted to this quickly, so I don’t accidentally close the pen anymore.* To erase, you have to give it quite a bit of elbow grease. If you have arthritis or your hands swell for any reason, you might struggle to erase things with these pens.

The erasable pens work okay. The eraser is semi-effective, because it carves into the paper which leaves indents. The pen doesn’t write super smoothly, and the writing is a bit faint. The pen also seems a bit weak, especially the section around the point. The pen isn’t horrible, but there are better erasable pens.

“Cool” trick you can do with these pens
I use a lot of erasable gel ink pens, and my biggest complaint has always been how quickly they run out of ink. These pens, with their larger barrels, should last longer. The colors only needed a little priming before they flowed smoothly. The tips are finer than I usually prefer, but they work better for the small writing I do when taking notes in my Bible, and they don’t bleed through the pages. I found it interesting that the description said erased writing could be restored by putting the paper in the refrigerator, since the erasing is done by friction. It didn’t work in my fridge, but the example used -10 degrees, and I don’t know anyone who keeps their refrigerator below freezing. I tried the freezer, which isn’t quite that cold, and within minutes what I’d erased reappeared. I can’t imagine needing to do that, but it was fun to try. I can only imagine the odd looks if someone went for ice and found my Bible in the freezer. I’m happy with these gel markers, and the real test will be how long they last.
