FASCIA-FIRST PAIN RELIEF, BACKED BY SCIENCE – The MELT foam body roller is engineered with FasciaTherapy technology to support your body’s connective tissue system the fascia that influences posture, mobility, and whole-body communication. Unlike firm rollers that press into muscle and create tension, this fascia roller works with your nervous system to calm, rehydrate, and restore. Developed by fascia expert Sue Hitzmann after decades of research.
GENTLE COMPRESSION THAT FEELS GOOD – Our exercise roller is designed with a proprietary medium-soft density that mimics the touch of a skilled practitioner. The open-cell material allows subtle, supportive pressure that reduces stiffness without discomfort ideal for beginners, older adults, sensitive bodies, and anyone tired of aggressive “no-pain-no-gain” recovery tools.
IMPROVES POSTURE, MOBILITY & DAILY COMFORT – Regular use of this foam back roller helps reduce chronic tension, restore joint mobility, and enhance functional movement patterns. Just 10 minutes a day can help relieve neck, shoulder, back, and hip tightness, improve alignment, enhance body awareness, and support better sleep and nervous system regulation.
COMPLETE SELF-CARE SYSTEM – Your 36 inch foam roller includes access to MELT Method instructional videos that teach step-by-step sequences like Rebalance, Release, and Rehydrate making it simple to learn at home. MELT is more than a roller it’s a supportive wellness method used and recommended by physical therapists, movement specialists, and thousands of daily users.
DURABLE, EASY TO CLEAN & DESIGNED TO LAST – The long foam roller is made from environmentally-friendly, closed-cell foam that resists moisture, cleans easily, and maintains its supportive structure for years. Standard size: 36″ x 5″. Lightweight at 2.2 lbs and supports up to 300 lbs.

    Soft, comfortable foam roller
This is a very nice foam roller. Paid quite a bit more for it than I thought I ever would for a foam roller but it came highly recommended from a co-worker. It has a softer feel to it so it doesn’t feel as stiff. When I would roll with other foam rollers without the “give” it would be a bit painful rolling over tight, sensitive areas, such as IT band. With the Melt roller, its softer feel allows it to form around the area and you sink into the roller more. It has more of a massage feel than a rolling pin feel. I find that I am able to focus and spend more time on tight and sensitive areas because it doesn’t hurt quite so bad.Great roller, highly recommend if you don’t mind paying a bit more.

    Life-changing for an aging athlete
Skeptical due to the silly high price and possibly unproven “science,” I nonetheless ordered this after reading Sue Hitzmann’s book about her MELT method, in absolute desperation after having tried nearly everything else for nearly lifelong joint pain. I never thought I’d get any version of a roller, though; I had, like Hitzmann (as she explains in the book), shunned the hard foam rollers offered in gyms and rehab clinics. They really hurt, and who needs more pain? But her point is to provide a means of addressing the fascia tissue, a long-neglected source of dysfunction and pain, without having to go to a therapist: “Hands-off therapy,” she calls it. Do it yourself. So I figured it was worth risking the $80 for a *soft* foam roller and following the instructions in the book.As per her warning, the first few sessions of DIY fascia rolling produced discomfort but of a new sort compared to my usual. As a former competitive gymnast and runner–with hypermobile joints (EDS)–I know about pain and rehab and joint surgery. I had been told on several occasions that I would not be able to walk past age 40 and “it’s a miracle you are not in a wheelchair.” I enjoy defying the experts but I have crutches, braces, and walking sticks permanently on standby in a corner for those really bad days. And now, well past age 40, I have no good days.Oddly, though, the post-rolling pain was located in new places such as my back, where I normally have few issues, and it was bilateral and generalized–any back pain I customarily have is usually very localized, one-sided and responsive to chiropractic balancing. Bilateral, diffuse pain means something different has been addressed, and is changing. But I stuck with it. And am utterly grateful for this simple, at-home method of rolling out the stuck tissue between skin and muscle because for the first time in months I SUDDENLY HAD ZERO KNEE PAIN. This is, for me, unheard of; I am normally unable to sleep all night due to having to rearrange my joints as the pain wakes me up. I am now sleeping all night in any position I want. I have to emphasize again: For the past few decades this has been literally impossible. As far as I’m concerned this was eighty bucks well invested.I do my MELT rolling religiously in the evening with the TV on. I use this goofy blue roller on every part of my body. Sometimes it really hurts. Sometimes I feel it worse within hours or the next day but the discomfort dissipates and in its place is something I had not felt for most of my life: 100% pain relief. Normal.Heck, who cares about the how or why. You will have to pry this device from my cold, dead hands.

Finally, a roller that gets me
My husband and I are loving this roller – We own at least 5 different rollers, different densities and shapes, and this is the one that honors goals towards good night’s sleep, immediate recovery from muscle soreness, and helps to relieve hip, neck and low back pain. The MELT Method has helped me in so may ways ,but ever since I started using this roller specifically designed for the technique, my other rollers started to feel lonely – it’s gentle and helps the body to relax , and when relaxed it starts to feel firm if that makes sense because it tempers to what you body needs at the given moment, It’s almost like a mood rock. It’s also flexible and grippy so east to use, and a plus – skin on roller helps to create a tugging sensation when doing back of thigh sheer to hydrate and enhance tone of the legs ( cellulite treatment ) I must also add that when using the roller on the spine, or under the hips or base of skull, it’s comfortable and feels good when you are treating the body for stiffness or pain.

    Good, semi soft roller
Of the two I’ve purchased, this is the preferred one. I think the price is high, but it it lasts as long as I feel it will, it’ll be worth the price. The softness compared to the other roller is real nice

    AMAZING!!!
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! This was recommended to me by a friend and she had it with her on a beach trip at HHI. We were on a girls beach trip and we all ended up using this to stretch and roll on. I ordered immediately upon returning home and have been using ever since. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that has tightness in back, hips or legs. Just using this and rolling has helped me greatly!

    Sturdy but Flexible
There is nothing bad I can say about this products! It’s ridiculously amazing. I purchased the larger one and I can do so much with it (and my clients). It bounces back to shake after use. Rigid enough to be effective but not to stiff like the hard foam rollers.

    Just as described.
So glad to get this! Product looks just as described and I will immediately start using it.Delivery wasn’t great ( usps left it laying up against our mailbox, down the road from our house) lucky I came by when I did! But that’s on the post office.I have also order the balls for hands and feet with a book. I have read great things on these. Seems to be of good quality.

I have used many foam rollers and love a good back crack. Tried this at a friends and ordered the next day. Something about this one really gets in there and helps me get a delicious back crack every time.

I love this roll. I use it for Pilates. It is much softer than the more rigid rolls commonly found in shops. It is softer and more comfortable on the neck or back which provides a comfortable support to do a variety of movements.
