Why can’t the machine keep heating continuously?
After each heat press, the machine automatically enters standby mode. This is designed for energy saving and safety purposes. To start heating again, simply reset the temperature and time settings.
What are the correct steps for using the machine?
Set the temperature and time → Wait 8–10 minutes for the machine to reach the set temperature → Perform the heat press → After each heat press, reset the temperature and time before starting again.
After heat pressing, the transfer film sticks to the heat press plate. What should I do?
This often happens because the pressure creates temporary suction, it’s not actually glued or melted onto the machine.Just gently slide the heat press horizontally to release it instead of pulling it straight up. This helps the film detach smoothly.
After heat pressing, the HTV doesn’t peel off smoothly. What should I do?
If the transfer film(HTV) doesn’t peel off smoothly, check the instructions provided by the film supplier. Different films require different handling — some are meant for hot peel, while others are designed for cold peel.

Does not work
I would give this product 5 stars if the heating function worked properly. Unfortunately, it takes nearly an hour of button presses to get it to heat up, which is unacceptable. Ideally, you should be able to set the heat and timer, and have it beep when ready – but that’s not the case here. I’ve searched online, including ChatGPT and Google, but couldn’t find any solutions. Given the issues, I’m planning to return it and look for a better alternative. It’s a waste of money and time.

Heating issues
Is anyone having issues with the press heating? I’m setting the one I got to my desired temperature and it is not heating up at all. This is the second one I’ve ordered as I’m returning the other and this one is doing the same thing.
