Does the work, lightweight, and adjustable. I love that I can adjust it, no need for anything fancier. Just keep an eye out for your shins… ouch.

It’s a little more plastic then I would’ve wanted it to be. It is very light almost like a toy jump rope.I would’ve like it to have a little more weight to it to get more of a workout in. Handle has good grip though. It’s good for the price.

good rope but doesnt adjust
got the item so I could learn to jump rope it does the job but only thing was there was no way to adjust the rope I didnt return but it would have been nice to be able to adjust it being that its a long rope and im short .
